This company is absolutely terrible

This company is absolutely terrible, for the money they charge they should be ashamed of the service they provide. I would have been better off planting some seeds and letting the flowers grow then give them to my loved ones for Mothers Day. 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered still no flowers, just 3 separate text messages letting me know that they suck and that they wouldn’t be able to deliver the flowers again BUT they will try again tomorrow. What a sham, JustFlowers JustSucks.

Mothers day flowers didn't arrive

Mothers day flowers didn't arrive. I lost over $100 for nothing. They didn't reply to my customer service calls and I just kept getting texts that they were delayed.

terrible company

terrible company. They promise delivery on a certain day, then they reschedule day after day, and sometimes they literally just never get delivered at all. It's impossible to contact customer service, as no one ever picks up. This site is a scam, avoid it if you can.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day. I placed the order Friday, May 8. I was sent a notification that the order would be delivered Saturday. Saturday afternoon I received an email that my order could not be delivered and it was scheduled for delivery Sunday. I called to inquire about the delay, remained on hold for 8 minutes only to have to leave a message. I received a response to my message via email and text stating that the order would be delivered Sunday. Sunday came and I received the same email that the flowers could not be delivered and would be delivered Monday. Called again got the same response. It's Monday, My MIL still has not received her flowers and I can't get through to Customer Service. I will NEVER order from this company again and I will make sure to let EVERYONE know what a horrible company they are!

Maybe this is how I can get a response from this company. Ordered flowers on Saturday 5/9 to be delivered to my sister on 5/11. I waited until after Mother’s Day on purpose. I paid $90+ to have this arrangement and it be delivered. I have tried calling customer service multiple times. I received an email saying they were unable to deliver the flowers and would try again the next day. No explanation. And their site says deliveries are until 9pm. I received no call about the issue. The recipient never received a call. Now I’m out $90+ dollars and can’t get in touch with anyone!! This is BS.

justflowers.com - deceptive Marketing practices

We place an order on justflowers.com for Mother's day. The website (and our order confirmation) stated 10May as the delivery date. Yes, we ordered on Saturday, however, the website did state and allow me to choose 10May(Sunday) as the delivery date. And, I did receive email confirmation Saturday evening, for a 10May delivery date.

During the afternoon of 10May, I received notification that the delivery would be delayed. Yes, I did wait to the last minute, however, the website ensured delivery and allowed me to choose Sun, 10May.

I called into customer support 11May and attempted to cancel my order. I was told that it was too late and they directed me to the fine print Delivery FAQ at the bottom of the page.

Now, if you are purchasing a product from a website and they allow you to choose a date on their calendar, knowing that they will not honor that delivery date... why would I check the fine print? The website clearly identified that they could deliver on Mother's Day, however, based upon the Delivery FAQ fine print - it was my responsibility to confirm that the calendar/delivery date that their website provided was in fact a legit date.

If this were not a holiday, and if the website did not promote delivery and if the website did not provide an undeliverable date for my selection - I would have been dubious.

Customer service read the script well, and I received a $10 credit. The delivery fee was $27.98, the flowers $100. And, I had to run out and purchase flowers.

Again, yes - waiting till the last minute isn't good. However, if a company providing the service allows you to order and promotes the ordering.... only to have their CYA policy in fine print at the bottom of the page, shame on them for their deceptive marketing practices. I learned my lesson... NEVER again will I use JustFlowers.com

I would give it zero stars but one star…

I would give it zero stars but one star is on me for trusting them after they didn't deliver the flowers I ordered last time. I ordered flowers Friday in hopes if they didn't make it Friday they would at least be delivered by Sunday. Nope! Didn't arrive Saturday after they promised, or Sunday either. Now they are offering me an $11 credit and no refund. Awful company won't use again.

Absolutely terrible!!!!!!

I placed two flower orders well in advance for my mother and mother-in-law for Mother’s Day (Orders #10446399 and #10446391). I specifically requested delivery on Friday before Mother’s Day, and noted that Saturday would be acceptable if needed.

Instead, the delivery date kept getting pushed back, and your company repeatedly updated the orders with notes saying things like “Saturday is preferred but Monday is ok.” I NEVER approved Monday delivery. At that point, the flowers completely miss the purpose of Mother’s Day.

Neither order was delivered before Mother’s Day, which was extremely embarrassing and disappointing. To make matters worse, customer service has been impossible to reach. My emails have gone unanswered, and when I call, the calls are either disconnected or dropped before I can get any help.

This has been one of the worst online ordering experiences I’ve had. If you are ordering flowers for an important occasion, I would strongly recommend using another company.

*In addition, I finally received communication from the company that they canceled my order and will no longer deliver. It would have been nice to cancel days ago.

This is the worst service ever

This is the worst service ever. I was on travel and needed to have flowers delivered to my wife for mothers day.

I get a mail very late on mothers day (at midnight), saying the flowers could not be delivered and will be delivered next day.

Never use these guys for orders, they are terrible all over and when you call customer service they do not respond.

I made 3 orders for mother's day at…


I made 3 orders for mother's day at 7:30am EST New York time. Their policy said order by 11am for same day delivery. My orders were placed at 7:30am
1 for my wife. A vibrant sunset
1 for my mother: A loving touch
1 for my mother in law: A tulip Garden

Waiting all day on mother's day.

My wife and my mother in law received their order at 8:30pm. The tulip garden i was divided into two orders and the 2nd order came in at 9:30pm. My mothers flowers arrived at 10:30pm EST. It was raining, and the delivery guy knocked on the door, left them on the floor and just left.

Ontop of everything, the orders were not what was advertised by their pictures. Very different. I wish I could post pictures to show the difference. My advice, find a local florist that delivers.

Ordered flowers and a balloon early…

Ordered flowers and a balloon early Saturday May 9th morning at 11:38 AM EST or 8:38 AM PST. I selected Saturday delivery to beat the Mother's day rush. On Saturday at 5:01 PM I received an email and text message stating delivery was not possible with delivery on next day. There was no delivery on Sunday or any sort of communication on the status of the order. I have tried texting and emailing service address. No response so far on what is the status of my missed delivery for Mother's day. Not happy as my whole reason for purchasing from this company was the option for Saturday delivery. I could have ordered from any company if delivery date was not a concern. I will never order from this company ever again. The customer service is horrible. False promises on delivery dates they can't meet.

UPDATE (5/11/2026): Company claims it was delivered yet recipient states no delivery of the item ordered was received. Not sure where it was delivered. If I can not verify with my mom that item was received as ordered, then I will submit a refund with my credit card company if it not found.

WHERE IS THE PROOF OF DELIVERY? You can't say something was delivered when my mom has no flowers and balloon that match what was ordered.

Just Flowers not Customer Service

Ordering flowers was a piece of cake, Paying for the flowers no issues. Getting the flowers delivered to the right address fail. Contacting Just Flowers Customer Service to correct the issue, Impossible! I left messages starting at 1:30pm pst, someone finally answered my call at 5:45pm pst and then hung up on me (possibly inadvertently). Continued to call back and someone finally answered at 6:15pm and could not gaurantee the flowers would arrive in a reasonable time for Mother's Day, nor would they confirm that I would get a refund as I requested. Im 48 years old I have been ording flowers for probably 30 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Its not the end of the world, but boy this could have gone so much better. Highly would NOT recommend.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day in advance, and the delivery was guaranteed to be delivered on Mother’s Day. Suddenly, in the evening, I received a text message saying that the delivery was delayed and would be delivered the following day. A few hours after that, I received another text message saying that the order has been canceled. I paid a lot of money for shipping and everything and it’s really ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend and will never be buying from this company again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered flowers for my MIL for Mother’s Day and they offered a $25 same-day Saturday delivery so I chose that. Got a text Saturday afternoon that my flowers couldn’t be delivered and they would deliver Sunday. Frustrating to have paid for same-day delivery and not gotten it, but figured it was no big deal since she would get them on Sunday (Mother’s Day). Sunday evening I got a text that they would be delivered the next day. I called to try and talk to someone and figure out why this was happening and it would only let me leave a message, so I asked to have my shipping refunded. About an hour later (9pm on Mother’s Day), I received a text that my order was cancelled. Save yourself the headache, pay a little more, and never order from this bs site.

Let me start by saying if I could give negative stars I would. SCAM ALERT!!!! i purchased flowers for mothers day to be delievered same day to my mom on Saturday so that she could enjoy them all day for mothers day. I received an email from just flowers at 8pm saturday saying they can not deliever that they will deliever to her the next day. At 6:19 pm today i received another email stating they can't deliever today and they will deliever tomorrow. After calling probably 15 times (and being hung up on) I finally reached someone (u have to pretend to be ordering to talk to a human as if you leave a message they don't return it) I got a supervisor that offended me a 15 dollar credit, which I told them I would never order from them again as all the reviews I have read says they are a scam, so this did me no good. She said she would refund me 15 dollars on my 117.00 order. I told her many times to cancel it unless she could fix this problem today. She kept on and I kept saying refund. She then said I would get an email about the cancelation and it could take 1-4 business days to refund (if I actually do see the refund) went to FTD ordered basically the same thing and guarentee delievery tomorrow. Stick with company's yall know and do not get suckered like I did. Also if you wanna talk to a human pretend your placing an order. That's the only way you will get a human. They want the money but don't have the goods to back it up!!!

Missed Mother's Day delivery

Placed an order for flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day to avoid the rush. They sent an email later stating that they could not make that date but would deliver the next day. Late Mother's Day, they sent an email stating that they could not make that date either. Now I have to change the delivery address and can't get a person on the phone. I don't know if or when the flowers will be delivered. Very disgusted!

Horrible all around!

I ordered flowers for Mother’s day on May 9th, 2026 around 6 pm (PDT). This costed me over $100, and I am yet to receive any confirmation. The money has already been deducted from my bank account, and I have not received any information. This includes no email, no text message, no confirmation in any way. Every time I attempt to contact them I am stuck waiting on hold, I have been calling all day since 9 am and I still haven’t been able to talk to a real human. And when I am waiting for customer service, since I haven’t received any confirmation with ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER, I’m unable to give the automated phone call my order number. Also, I see you guys continue to reply to people on here, without actually solving the problem, but can’t manage to pick up the phone when I’ve been waiting to get ahold of your customer service all day. You guys shouldn’t be selling for Mother's Day if you can’t handle the large amounts of orders, because now I am down $120 with nothing to go off of.
