Ordered a gift product which showed in stock, followed up with a delivery query and they replied with a 2-3 days delivery promise. But when phoned again as it did not arrive, the lukewarm response at customer service offered no apology but simply told as there is no stock but can offer a different colour. It wasted my time and I had to look for alternative within short time. I asked them for a refund and an email confirmation, still no email, its been a week since.

Saw a beautiful swinging cradle with drapes on the Internet and thought I have to buy it. Ordered it from just4baby on the Sunday. It was delivered on the Thursday and was built up and looking beautiful on the Thursday night. Absolutley chuffed :) great service. Well done !

Excellent service

We bought from here because it was the best priced package of BSmart 3, Carseat and Carrycot available and we did not regret doing so.

Communication was good and delivery was prompt.

Pram was exactly what I ordered easy to assembly and perfect my baby loves it very good service

Do not buy from this company I ordered a item it never arrived didn't have it in stock kept saying would be her waited nothing call asked for a refund took them 2 weeks to get money back avoid at all cost better of paying the xtra bit and get it from somewhere u will receive it

Ordered a pushchair from the website and within 2 days it was with us.

I ordered my item, a maxi cosi tobi summer cover in navy from the website, which was showing as in stock with the picture in navy, on the 14th May 2013. After two weeks I phoned to enquire about the whereabouts of the item to be told that it would dispatched that day, this was a bit of a disappointment, but as they were sending it I continued to go ahead with the order.

As of today the 6th June I am still awaiting my item, so have decided to give them a call again. Spoke to customer services and they have just informed me that the stock is only just in, and they don't do the item in Navy, only a light blue! I already have this colour and it would be pointless in getting the exact same one!

I have had no apology only to say they would cancel the order at my request!

There has been absolutely no communication from them about my order.

As I stated this is a joke of a company and I would recommend you try and use someone else for your purchases.

Really excited about my order and waited for over a week before I started to get worried as I had received no communication on the status of the parcel. Contacted the sales team only to be told that on inspection the pram had been damaged ( didn't bother to tell me this earlier) and that they couldn't get a replacement! Really disappointed and fed up as I had already bought accessories to go with the pram. I was offered a replacement but in a totally different colour

Delivery not very quick but company who delivered gave choice of delivery day and then emailed and text a one hour delivery slot which was. Very helpful rather than having to stay in all day. Would use again.

No contact with regards to my delivery until I chased a week after my order was accepted and payment collected.

Incomplete order arrived yesterday morning, and subsequently emailed to inquire when rest of my order would be delivered or if I would be getting refund for missed items. No reply yet!

I love the cosatto puschair that I ordered.only thing is i didnt receive any email about dispatching my order,so I wasnt sure ,when its going to be arrive,but anyway I am very happy!

We had ordered a cot online because the price was very good. However, a number of days later we received an email stating that we would have to pay a further £15 more for delivery to Northern Ireland. We wouldn't have minded if their web page had stated this or if the delivery was in a few days however a week later from ordering the baby cot we still haven't received it. Hopefully it will arrive soon as we need it.

Excellent service prompt delivery and the item was as described and in perfect order I would certainly recommend them.

I had previously bought a similar item for a much expensive price, the patern was'nt what i wanted when it arrived and wasn't too keen on the qaulity. But i'd seen this footmuff and when it arrived much earlier than expected the patern was just as shown on the website and the qaulity was better than expected too, at a bargain price too.

I had not used the company before so I didn't know how reliable it was. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my purchases were just what I expected. A very good price for a cot and mattress with sheet. The only thing I worried about slightly was that there was no opportunity to "trace" what was happening to the order but it came in time and was what I required so that is not really important.

I purchased the mountain buggy duet which I found to be the best price. When emailing to find out when my item would be delivered I received a response straight away. The courier also arrives promptly within the expected time frame. I would definitely use this company again.

Delighted with the product but delivery was incredibly slow despite reassurance from the sales dept. that it was on its way. It arrived a few days after the date promised.
