I have had the pleasure of working with Joely, on multiple occasions as part of my role at Legal for Landlords. I must say that my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. As a legal consultant it is crucial to have clients who are responsive, clear, and cooperative. Joely, has consistently exceeded these expectations.

We decided to rent our property through Jordan Fishwick and all our interactions with the company have been extremely professional and prompt.
I feel it is appropriate to recognise the work undertaken by Joely and her team, who have been outstanding throughout.

Would not recommend. Marcus Dobson came to give us a valuation of our property and told us that the best we could hope for was £540k - we'd had a number of estate agents out at this time and they had shown us similar properties that were going for £575k and above. Consistently, they told us that the price should be at least £575k (there was actually a similar property, in not as good an area on at this price). Marcus told us that, this property hadn't sold and that he could put it on for any price, but that in his opinion we'd be looking at the £540k mark. We sold our house, shortly after (a matter of a week or so) for £585k. 100% would not recommend - £46k reasons why!

Response to their reply. I wasn't the only one who disagreed. Every other estate agent did and so did our buyers. A 46k undervaluation = 1 star review. Suggests you don't know the market.

Althought the company may be a bit slow at times,I find them quite easy to deal with as a portfolio landlord especially Joely Brooks at the Sale office who always is on the ball.She should get ***** Stars for effiency.
