I bought a chillmax fan from JML that was cheap and nasty rubbish ..has a stand that doesn't support the fan so effectively useless unless hand held. JML charged me for the return and refused a return delivery refund . AVOID them

Only for fit people
It doesn't tell you that only fit people can use this. If you have high blood pressure, no, don't use, if you have a knee replacement or hip replacement no, not for you. This should be made much clearer before you buy this foot massager.

Bought the sunglases where ok,bought the zen feet and it says do not use if you have heart problems or pacemaker,nve said when i read the advert as i have both,told by stroppy call centre worker "shouldnt have bought it then,,its on the back of the box"told tio send back,cost me £5 to send it back,lost a tenner altogether then wont be buying from them again

Beware
My 91yr Mother placed a phone order with JML during the conversation she was asked for a password, with no understanding why. She then recivced a letter from Froogul.co.uk. Informing her she had created an account, initially costing £1.99 registration charge and then a monthly charge of £29.99. This completly frightened her, when I ask where it had come from she had no knowledge. When I eventually found the conection to JML, and asked her if the person she spoke with had expalined the reason for a password, she said no......This is unacceptable behaviour ......JML has a resposibility to its customers to be clear in what they are asking, other customers who have been caught out have racked huge bills via the monthly subscrition without realising, strangley they are mainly the Older Generation! I'll leave the thought with you.

Froogul.co.uk is an online discount and savings club where members can earn significant cashback in most of the major retailers on the High Street and online, along with savings on leisure and travel, which is offered at the end of the call when placing an order with JML .
We refute any claims that personal or bank details have been used without permission.
In order for us to have processed the membership, your mother would have agreed to the trial, and given us permission to charge her account at the end of a call that she made to purchase a product. All the terms and charges are advised on this call and an agreement password must be given as permission to proceed with the trial, which is made very clear on the call is a paid membership subscription after the trial period ends. This is also followed up in a welcome letter sent by email or via the post, which includes the date the full membership fee will be processed, and our contact details should you wish to cancel. Our policy is to allow cancellations at any time, we even publish our contact number on the payment descriptor to make it easier to contact us.
If you want us to investigate your complaint and provide you full details on how and when your mother signed up for the programme and agreed to the T&CS, please provide us with her full name and address so we can identify her record, along with her written agreement that we can speak to you in relation to her account. You can do so by sending an email to support@froogul.co.uk
Zippy Carpet Sweeper
I bought a zippy carpet sweeper for my 92 year old severely arthritic mother and it has a one year guarantee.
It is still within this guarantee and was returned as not working, Zena Clark from customer services has said it is faulty and can't be repaired, will not give reason for what is wrong with it and refuses to give a refund only a credit note. Disgusting, rude customer service avoid this product and company.

Excessive returns cost
The product didn’t fit and had to be returned. So as well as paying £4 I had to pay another £4 to return it. So it cost me a total of £8!
As a bra is something that is likely to be a wrong fit I think some concession should be made for returns - either free delivery or free return - not both. I like JLM products but will think twice in the future before buying.

I bought these for my husband,he was waiting to get new glasses after Cateracts were done and needed sunglasses to dull brightness after operation ,when first got them they where a bit tight on his head but after using them they obviously give ,he recommends them very highly better than the reacterlights on his reading glasses when in sunlight

I am deligted with my mini fan
I am deligted with my mini fan. It is extremely handy folding up as it does and with a rechargeable battery too. I did pay extra for the postage because I needed it (this heat doesn't agree with me) as I was going away. When it arrived I wasn't sure ow to charge it up so I rang a very helpful lady who explained to me how to do it. Now everything is fine. It is really handy and good value.
