In my considerd opinion, "JML" is at the top of my on-line experiences, from the initial telephone contact, to the actual updates sent to us, and the delivery teams are ALWAYS on time and polite & very helpful.
We use this company, without fear of disappointment.

ROTORAZOR GARDEN MULTITOOL PRO

Item is extremely difficult to hold at the correct angle due to the lower connection rod being CLEARLY longer than shown in photos/video adverts.

Makes it potentially dangerous as you have to hold it awkwardly and cutting head often tilts up because of the awkward position.

Also does not have sufficent power to cut through items without stalling.

Waiting for response to my return request and whether JML will also cover postage as required under Sale of Goods Act.

The product is unfit for purpose and potentially dangerous. The length of the lower connector rod is far greater than shown in photos etc. This results in the user having to awkwardly hold the handle nearer their shoulder to allow the rotating head to be kept level with the ground, unlike being held more comfortable lower down as depicted in the photos and in videos. This angled position makes it difficult to properly control the device.

Under the Sale of Goods Act I am requesting return based on

1) failing to meet description in photos and videos,
2) Difficult to use in a controlled and confortable manner, and
3) representing a potential safety risk.

The product is therefore not fit for purpose.
Such returns are subject to refund of postage under the Sale of Goods Act.

Brilliant product ,well-made and it did exactly what they claimed it would do which was fantastic ,fast delivery. Very impressed.

My mistake led to an issue with my order. Customer Services were excellent. Friendly, professional and very prompt in resolving for me.

I ordered the vacpack GO, the item arrived within the timescale given and left by the courier in safe place as requested.
I haven't used it yet but going by past products I have purchased from JML I am sure it is excellent.

I bought a JML Double Zapper Electric Fly Killer – a two-in-one bug killer – for £39.99 but it doesn’t catch any bugs or flies. It’s absolutely useless for the price.

When I phoned JML the service advisor was incredibly rude when we explained the item doesn’t work as advertised.

I wouldn’t waste your money on this product; fly spray works much better.

I had already bought a shovel similar to this and was therefore concerned that the one from you would be of equal or better quality. I was delighted when it arrived but it was indeed better than expected and I'm sure my friends will want to order one of the themselves. It arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble.

Absolutlutly useless . Bought 2 believing the hype in the advert. Used it on several occasions with zero results. They collect a lot of dust without a zapped bug or fly in sight. Will be sending them back in their box,s.

Excellent service from start to finish
Bought an extension pole and brush with water connector to clean up stairs windows and facials.
More than impressed easy to use a little heavy on the arms when fully extended but just took my time and a job well done.
If you use it twice it pays for its self.

Bought the sunlasses, three for two, they are brilliant. Very happy with purchase, price and fast delivery.

The goods took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. They seem to work OK but they are rather 'cheaply' made, in my opinion. One Big issue is the instructions - lots of Small pictures and VERY small print = should send these out with a magnifying glass to enable purchasers to read the instructions. Ask me in 6 months as to whether they are really any good.

Love the rotorazer apart from the actual power. Advertisement shows it easily cutting much thicker, more dense greenery than it actually can in my experience. Would be better with a more powerful battery I think.

Good products and pleasant delivery people.

This gadget is worth its weight in gold. I can’t really manhandle the bigger garden tools after a shoulder injury but the rotorazer does exactly what it says it will do . A little bit fiddle to put the wheels on but otherwise brilliant. Make sure you read the instructions to use the right blade for the right job. I do wish that there was a video on YouTube or something that shows you practically everything you can do.
