Jkoutdoors Recenzje

Great Prices, Excellent communication with postal problems and Highly recommended for your future angling purchases. I will always refer to their website first for anything I want to buy in the future.

Great prices and prompt delivery! There was an issue with an item that was missed off my original order, however this was promptly addressed by Becky. Will be using again.

Item was only ordered due to being fast delivery. They did not turn up in time for my fishing trip. It has now been way over a week and the support email does not get any response! Im not a rich man and you have caused more issues as I cant afford to buy any others now!

I ordered from JK Outdoors because they had the items I was looking for at a competitive price. Everything I ordered was in stock and despatched quickly. Unfortunately the zip on a fishing bag had been badly stitched and kept jamming in several places rendering the bag unusable. I contacted customer service via e-mail and Becky quickly responded asking whether I would prefer a refund or replacement - I opted for replacement as I liked the bag and it was perfectly sized for my needs. The replacement arrived quickly. Excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they have been great to deal with.

I have ordered a lot of tackle from jk outdoors and it is always great quality and delivery time is second to none. I have recently had a fault with a product but they handled it wonderfully after a email I got it sent to me the very next day, customer service and communication was wonderful. Thank you

My dealings with this company has been great, whenever i had any issues i received great customer service. They also got back to me swiftly and dealt with my queries swiftly. I ordered an item that came slightly damaged and they gave me a full refund even tho i requested half refund as the counter part of the purchase was fine but they still insisted on the full refund. Also the prices are very fair compared to other websites or stores.

Ordered the landing net and unhooking mat.Items arrived very quickly well packaged and communication was excellent will definitely use again

i bought 2 bank sticks and both came bent hopefully the issue gets resolved

Superb communication, very helpful, swift responses and fast delivery.
Have used before and will use again.

I ordered my son a bivvy for Christmas 2025, he used it for the first time in June, when him and his dad put it up, one of the polls were broken and not attached as it should be. I contacted customer services and spoke with Becky, she dealt with the problem and resolved the issue. Great customer service 😁

Great prices and the customer service is very good, Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Very impressed.

I ordered wading repair kit. It was despatched immediately, but Royal Mail took a week to arrive. In the meantime I emailed to say it hadn't arrived and Becky handled my issue very competently an kindly. So a wonderful customer experience.

I have place orders for 3 items so far first item turned up quickly no issues, 2nd and 3rd item I was expecting together but only 1 item arrived, I sent am email but it was a weekend, had a reply monday explaining they were sent as 2 separate packages and the following day my item arrived. Overall great experience, quick to reply and help, and products are exactly what was ordered. Will be using them again and would definitely recommend. Would also like to add that price wise all of my items were cheaper on this site than any other site including Amazon which surprised me. Not saying everything will be but I searched the Internet for cheaper amd even package deals and my bivy and overwrap was cheaper here individually buy minimum of £50.

Excellent service, a very smooth transaction and more than happy with the product at a price unmatched elsewhere.
Thank you.

I made an order which seemed to be taking its time. The courier finally emailed me to say it had been had been damaged beyond repair in transit, and to contact the sender.
I emailed them and Becky came back offering the items to be resent or accept a refund. I asked for them to be resent and received them in a couple of days no problem. Full marks for great customer service.

purchased a few orders with jk outdoors , great fast delivery service , best prices on the internet , nice to deal with a honest quality 2seller , highly recommend j k outdoors.

unfortunately the items I ordered had not turned up even though it stated delivered. After a quick email exchange with the support email and I picked an option to resolve the issue and it was sorted.

The price of the products are grate and the dispatch speed to true to the website.

I will always be considering JKs for further items but ensuring they are delivered to a safe location such as the lockers or a local shop.
