Items were as ordered, well packaged, no major damage and delivery was very prompt. The delivery driver was very helpful and took away the packaging. One of the tiles had a minor manufacturing blemish and some had very minor chips on their edges, although superficial in nature and wont affect their appearance once installed. Great service

As per our terms and conditions, we issued a full refund for all items reported as damaged. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we also provided a partial refund of your delivery charge. While we do not typically refund delivery costs in the case of partial damage to products, we made this exception to reflect our dedication to customer satisfaction.
We always aim to handle concerns fairly and in line with our policies, and we’re disappointed that you feel this was not resolved satisfactorily.
