Perfect fit for wide fitting legs and feet. True to size. Great colours to choose from and a great price. Would highly recommend.

I've already got wellies which are fantastic but recently I purchase two pairs of their new flip flops (one navy and the other bright pink). They are incredibly comfortable. I'm hoping they will go on to do different colours, especially black .

Really pleased with my ankle boots, so good to find a company that supplies boots with a wide fit, sevice was great too.

Really attractive, good quality wellingtons. They were dispatched really quickly by Jileon.
The loose fit is perfect for festivals and camping holidays. It's really easy to slip them on for late night walks across long wet grass, and then slide out of them without struggling back at the tent! Great for gardening too.

Their website is easy to use. Lots of styles, colours etc . Sizing advice very good. I ordered half height wellies which arrived very quickly. I have a wide foot & these fit beautifully. They're also easy to get on & off. I also ordered the short wellie liner which makes the super comfy.
The quality of the boots seems excellent & the company communicates well with their customers

I have honestly never experienced such poor customer service.
I ordered multiple pairs of boots from Jileon to try for size so obviously I would need to return some… I followed the link that Jileon supplied which took me to the Yodel website with the returns information already filled in and paid for the return.
My parcel unfortunately got lost, which I appreciate isn’t Jileons fault however the customer service (if you can call it that) I received when this happened was disgusting. They basically said it was nothing to do with them as I paid for the return with Yodel which meant they were not liable. The only reason I paid for this return is because they don’t provide free returns but I followed the link they provided which took me to a pre loaded page for Jileon returns. Yodel have said on multiple occasions that it is Jileon who are liable as it was a pre loaded returns label that yes I paid for but was still a return. Jileon are trying to say this isn’t a return and is in fact me just ‘sending’ a parcel via Yodel which it isn’t, as the tracking number is specifically a returns number.
They have been rude, unhelpful, and actually used the wording we don’t provide free returns as that would implicate us in issues such as this so they know exactly what they are doing.
On top of terrible customer service, the boots themselves leave a lot to be desired. Wide fit is one thing but these are something else.

Brilliant service! Answered a question promptly and sent out my wellies very quickly - just in time for this last lot of rain! The boots are just what I wanted and a good fit, couldn't ask for more.

I've just taken delivery of my new Jileon half wellies. It seems excessive to say I'm ecstatic, so I'll restrict myself to saying that I'm dead chuffed. A good fit, nice wide toe box which I need, and constructed to be easy to slip on and off which has been a problem for me in the past.

Thank you Jileon for making wellies that fit. I am looking forward to wearing them on the farm and cleaned up for a summer festival

Fabulous wellies!
Just purchased my second pair of Jileon wellies. I loved the first pair (full height), which accommodated my very hefty calves, and these shorties are just as good for my equally hefty ankles! Super comfy and the colour is great."

We have been users of Jileon wellies for a long time now and really like that they do wide calf wellies but also in some fun designs.

We recently had to contact Customer Service with a small issue and the response and service was amazing. I only wrote because I felt that they should be aware of our issue but the response was over and beyond what I expected but was also quick and efficient. Thank you Nina.

These wellies are fantastic, being a plus size women I have never been able to wear wellies as they don’t fit, perfect fit lovely looking wellies and comfortable slide on and off easily and I bought the same size as my shoe and the added bonus of Friendly after sales I will be definitely getting a second pair thanks Jileon

Great, strong wellies. Just what I needed! I struggle to find wide calf wellies but Jileon had many to offer and in lots of designs to suit everyone’s tastes.

I ordered and they arrived super quickly. Quicker than expected! The fit is absolutely perfect and so comfortable. With the wet weather we’ve been having I’m glad to have got mine and will be ordering more to work with my walking wardrobe.

I've never before experienced such 'surprising' customer service from a small business. As much as I can I choose to give my custom to small businesses and always sing their praises where possible. Sadly this business is one to avoid if you care about business's genuinely appreciating their customers. It's a shame because their product is good, bar the obvious and unavoidable manufacturing faults that happen from time to time, which Jileon refuse to acknowledge.

Just over 1 year of light wear and storing their product according to the company's advice, and my boots are split and leaking. Their offer was 33% discount for another purchase because the boots are outside the 1 year warranty, which on the face of it sounds reasonable until you see that there is already a 20% discount for every customer on their website. So, 13% off to purchase another potentially faulty pair of boots is really quite insulting. I honestly would have preferred a genuine apology and some concern, but little did I know I wasn't even going to get that!

I wanted to give Jileon the opportunity to redeem themselves with direct contact, so called to speak to someone. After explaining who I was (having emailed already) I was met with a curt and solitary 'YES', then silence. I was shocked that this person would open their side of the conversation in a passive aggressive way. This individual was unapologetic, rude and discourteous throughout and then accused me of being aggressive! In my wildest dreams I couldn't imagine a small business owner or worker would speak to a paying customer this way.

As an owner of a small business myself (and just a pleasant human being) I would never treat a customer this way and cannot fathom how or why a simple apology and kind tone wasn't taken from the off. Having read that I am not the only person to have received this behaviour from this company, I'm sure this review will be met with an opposite sounding reply, as have the others.

If this company genuinely cared about their customers, 1 bad review would be enough to amend the standoffish and rude manner in which they are conducting themselves. They have polar opposite reviews on their website because as I've previously said, the product is good, my point is why they don't acknowledge manufacturing faults (which happen in EVERY sector) present for some of their customers. If the negative experiences (as Jileon claim) are so few and far between why on earth are they not met with concern and an acceptable solution.

It's an astute business that utilises a situation like this to built customer faith and demonstrate exceptional customer service. Sadly all Jileon have done is ostracise a potentially regular customer. In my line of work I have a huge portfolio of potential clients for Jileon. By utilising this situation to their advantage I would have left a very different review, and directed my paying clients their way. Sadly my clients hard earnt will now be given to a competitor. This illustrates how not caring about and neglecting disappointed customers can damage your business.

I hope by leaving this review Jileon take on board and amend their approach, however I suspect this is wishful thinking.
