After giving up to get a pair of wellies to fit I saw the advert for Jileon wellies. Watched the video of how they were made & read the great reviews so decided to order a pair! They arrived quickly,looked great & after years of struggling to get wellies to fit my calves I finally got wellies that fit & are easy to put on!!! I can now enjoy doggy walks with no more soggy bottom jeans!!!!

I ordered boots that arrived with white discoloration on various spots. They didn’t look like the advertisement overall in the color richness but aside from that straight out of the box any place that would bend was whitewashed.
I contacted the company and they immediately offered a 50% refund or a replacement pair.
I followed up with questions to determine if there would be a greater chance of these breaking down cracking or splitting because there was clearly something of lesser quality.
In response they said that indeed there isn’t a fault, withdrew their offer and said that if I wiped the boots enough with a rag then the discoloration “should” come off. Oh and “sorry”.
I was Flabbergasted! And I would have given them just one star, however I figured since they responded to the emails (even if the content of those responses was lacking integrity and resolution) I gave 2 instead.
Order at your own risk. If all goes well you’re maybe good to go but don’t count on them to stick to their word or the quality of the product they deliver.
This was very disappointing. I do not plan to keep the boots at all now nor order from them again for this reason. Which is disheartening because I really wanted to love the rain boots and have them to enjoy.

I am so happy.i have a feet problem .which makes footwear hard to find.which means my feet swell.i have brought expensive boots and they never fit.id given up .but seeing these ,one last try.So glad i did.for the fist time in years i can splash in puddles .id recomend them to anyone who like me ,had given up.

Excellent customer service experience when requested a replacement pair of boots due to a split appearing after 10 months, no quibble and replacement on way. Love the wide fit boots .. thanks team Jileon, especially Molly.

I've had Jileon wellies for a few years now and it is still a relief to have high boots I can slip on and off easily, that fit my large calfs. We have a smallholding and for decades I had to turn down the tops of boots, put up with a tight squeeze or just have wellie shoes, not great for a muddy field! They don't last forever but I will be ordering some of the tougher ones soon for the winter jobs.
I wouldn't be without them now, thank you Jileon for providing this product.

I use wellies a lot, daily dog walking and equestrian activities.

Due to having thicker ankles I tried jileon wellies a year or so ago and they split within months of heavy use so I didn’t bother ordering another pair.

This year I bought the hard wearing wellies as they weren’t available last time I ordered, they seem better quality so I’m hoping they will last longer.

I decided to go for the bundle of innersoles, socks and a welly bag as I thought it was really good value. Unfortunately, when you order these on a phone, when you pick the bundle there’s a size option that’s really easy to miss and I mistakenly ordered small innersoles and socks (why on earth doesn’t the website automatically pick the size for the welly I’ve ordered is beyond me).

This was my mistake as I’d missed this but the customer service response was quite poor, dismissive and flippant. They offered for me to return the soles at my cost but I’d already thrown the packaging away having ordered them in summer.

I’m not normally one for leaving bad reviews but given the flimsiness of first pair of wellies and the tone of the customer service response to this issue has really put me off. To have sent out a new pair of innersoles as a gesture would have gone a long way and I would have ordered again from them as long as the hard wearing wellies lasted longer than a few months.

"My sister has 2 pairs of Jileon ankle wellies and I was so impressed that I had to order these stunning yellow wellies. With my yellow rain jacket and now matching boots I do somewhat resemble a kids idea of a jolly holiday sailor, but it's a fun image and my feet love to be encased, warm and dry. Happy feet, happy owner."

I have had a few problems with mobility issues and could never find decent wellies that took into account a leg brace or an electrical stimulation box, wires and foot switch as obviously it made my calves and ankle very wide. I did a bit of research and came across Jileon Wellington boots they had some nice looking wellies and the size chart for width was spot on so I sent for a pair. It was the best decision I made they fit perfectly so comfortable and easy to get on and off, the quality is excellent the service was first class and I can take my dog out knowing my feet won’t get wet and I won’t slip. I would highly recommend this product

Wellies are regularly worn by me on my two hour a morning German Shepherd Dog walk so they taking a hammering. I have wide feet which means finding Wellington boots that actually fit in width and length until now has been impossible. I've always had to go two sizes up and then double up on extra thick socks and blistise on both heels to prevent the inevitable blisters on my achillies heels forming. Now, I only need one pair of extra thick socks as I only needed to go a half size up. I always replace insoles with specific hiking insoles to cushion the frequent impact that normal insoles don't protect against, so can't comment to that. With the extra calf width I can now where hiking trousers with adjustable ankle bottoms without getting rub from the toggles attached and still fit waterproof trousers over the wellies.
Communication and delivery has been first class. I never normally write reviews unless there is a major problem but in this instance I have chosen to make an exception.

I wore my Jileon wellies in Antarctica last year!

I knew from a previous expedition cruise that the compulsory muck boots loaned by the ship didn’t fit, so I’d asked then if I could bring my own boots for my upcoming Antarctica trip. Biosecurity is taken very seriously in Antarctica so I ordered a new pair so they were pristine. When I got on the ship I revealed them, unworn and still wrapped up in their tissue paper and I was given the green light. Several of the expedition team commented on how nice they are!

I’m now upgrading to the performance model for the thicker sole. It was chilly in Antarctica and while I’m not likely to ever go back there I do have my eye on other snowy places!

To tell the truth, I've only come on here to state how fantastic these wellies are. They do wider fits on both feet and calves which is great news! I bought the ankle wellies in different colours in the past and they've really lasted fantastically well. If you wondering whether to try them just go for it. Quality, styles and colours are great!

I thought there would be no chance that these boots would fit my mum. She has severely swollen ankles. I ordered these for her birthday, it took her a few days to pluck up the courage to try them, she is so used to disappointment..but they fit! I actually even ordered the wrong size and the wonderful Jileon Company sorted out an exchange for me so easily!

Will buy again!

Really disappointing quality and finish.
Read some great reviews and saw some pictures of lovely well finished wellies which prompted me to order.
The ones I received were poorly finished - rough and uneven on the sides. I wanted to attach a photo but it is not possible here.
Reply from customer service was also disappointing and they did not respond to my complaint and just kept repeating "they are functional".
Ordered on 7 June and on 8 June the courier advised that delivery was delayed. Order did not arrive until several days later. And too late. Shipping was neither Fast nor Reliable.
I believe things should be functional and look good too.
P.S. I have also written reviews for their website with photos attached, however, they have not appeared on the website. I noticed there are no direct reviews on the website.

Nice boots
I am a regular size 5 and these are a little bit big but a thick sock will sort that out. Generous around calf but not too much. Have only worn them once, but comfortable on first dog walk. Quite a thick material but appears well made.

The customer service from this company is absolutely amazing,the people who dealt with my queries couldn’t have been more helpful replying to emails promptly giving me the answers I needed
