I have never heard of this company until this morning. this morning I found a charge on my card to a company I have never heard of. do not use this app/program/company as they are all crooks.

SCAM!!!! I used it one time maybe five years ago. Every year I get billed again, which I dispute. Finally, this year, I was able to block them from my credit card.

Don't do it unless you're ready to pay to see and share your video. Complete waste of time, maybe they should have you pay before you can even make a video, I would have paid it but since you allow people to make the video then deny them to view it is distasteful and automatically gave me a bad taste for JibJab

Nice and funny videos but can we have the option of changing the skin colour? Unless it’s mainly for a specific race and skin colour. I’m sure it shouldn’t be too difficult. I’ve subscribed to your service for some months now but I might have to leave soon.

I accidentally purchased a subscription not even 30 minutes ago, messaged them for a refund right after, they replied within 10 minutes, and refunded my money with no hesitation, problem, or long wait time. My money was back in my account in under 30 minutes of purchasing by mistake! (mind you, I was anxious about getting my money back because it says it takes 2 business days for a reply & 3-5 business days for the refund)
Best, most efficient, and the quickest reply from a customer service/support email company I’ve ever used! Thank you so much for making this the fastest, easiest process of refunding my money.

A very positive experience
I'm surprised to read some of the reviews here as my experience has been completely the opposite! I'm not usually great at writing positive reviews, like most of us I'm faster to put pen to paper when I feel I've been wronged.
However two weeks ago, I made a great Easter card using jibjab (not fully realising the annual subscription commitment).
So when approx £20 left my account, I contacted them to request a refund; expecting the usual delays/refusals/ avoidance tactics.
However, once they had confirmed email address and a few details, I had an email from Morgan in Customer Service, saying that a full refund had been applied (I checked and funds were back in my account) and to please let them know if I felt their service could have been better in any way. It honestly couldn't have! Very impressed and pleasantly surprised. Thank you and well done Jibjab!

Horrible company! Sneaky thieves! Do no use this or they will continue taking money from you and never respond to any requests for refunds or cancellations. They are scum of the scammer world!!

What a scam!! As other reviewers have mentioned- it's not free - they ask you to subscribe and become a member. In large print it appears the cost is just $2 usd per month.....however there's a catch....they charge you up front for a year, so you'll get charged $24 - rip off! Avoid at all costs.

Very easy to make a video by using own uploaded pictures, simple and user friendly. Great for having a laugh with family and friends, cuts down costs for cards and can send link to multiple people. Only given an average score as the email facility on share doesn't seem to be working effectively or may take longer to go through depending on the recipient provider. Will test it for the remaining year, enjoy!
Used to be really good but now they're not
Honestly, Jibjab used to be so good. I loved it back when they had pictures and other very awesome eCards. Now they have become crap and all their new eCards are boring af. I really wanna know why they removed pictures because those were fun to do back in the day along with their other video eCards that are now removed.
False marketing
Tells you it is a free site, gets you to choose a card, spend time customising it with a photo, etc. then says it is going to charge you in order to see it! Absolutely scam - stay well clear.

On the website it says clearly $2 per month and only below it says that this will be charged on an annual basis upfront (i.e. $24). This is purposefully misleading. I signed up to send 1 card with the intention of cancelling after sending it, and only being charged $2 - but got charged the full $24. Technically this is not illegal, but will catch a lot of people out. More fool me.
