Another highly suspect company targeting people with dementia. I found a recurring payment on my mother's bank statement. She is 89, lives alone, has dementia and has no memory or knowledge of this. It would be obvious to anyone calling she had dementia. She doesn't have a mobile device. They must have cold called her and conned her into handing over bank details but her number is on the list of numbers than companies are not allowed to cold call. Truly shocking and disgusting.

Awful. Charged me for a whole year, instead of monthly subscription.

I cancelled my renewal in 2016, And they got me this year and last year. I just noticed this year and asked for I refund. They responded for money this year, but refuse to refund me for last year. That won't respond to my emails now asking for my refund from last year on an account that was closed in 2016.

Trying to add faces in the correct placing is a nightmare! The website makes this process so easy. Please fix the app!

It’s fun making videos, but good luck with trying to cancel don’t ever sign up. I tried to just sign up for two years, but they just keep renewing and renewing so don’t ever ever ever use it, because you’ll never be able to cancel it. I’m going to write as many reviews as I can everywhere so that people don’t make the same mistake as me plus I canceled all my bank accounts all my credit cards and all my bank cards so that they can’t charge me anymore big pain in the neck because their customer service is horrible. They tell you they’re not gonna renew, but they do.

A standup company. The tech didn't work on my end and they reached out to try to fix it and in the end immediately refunded my money.

I have tried for years to cancel my annual subscription. It is their business plan to scam their customers. I never get a reply. I haven't used the service in years. I am totally disgusted with their business practices.

BEWARE...Advertised on Instagram as costing $3 but in fact £29.99 was taken from my bank account for a years subscription which I dont want and wasnt clear on the ad.
Granted the video was funny but not worth that amount of money.
I have requested a refund of the balance but, or course, have not received it.

would totally pay $3-6 for a single card - but not a subscription. Really need to re-think the options here. you are losing out on one time purchases.

Terrible service. Made me pay for a year up front then wouldn’t refund me when I wanted to cancel. Cute idea but not enough flexibility with # of people that can be used.

Signed up and worked on a birthday card for a long time willing to pay a few dollars for it. When it got to the end and I wanted to send it I was supposed to sign up for a year and pay 36$ for a year. A total rip off. Unserious money makers. Sad but TRUE.

As has been stated many times it is purposely misleading when it says $3. You end up paying for a year. The app is fine but scamming is a no no and I hope get taken down for this reason

You cannot cancel the auto-renew. You may have to chase your credit card every year for the rest of your life for a refund!

What rubbish. 100% misleading marketing.

They will not let you cancel your auto-renewal, they have inserted glitches so the cancelation won't work. Also, if you upload new faces you can't proceed without giving detailed personal data pertaining to the new faces.
Transparent grift. And they used to be really good about 10 years ago. Horrible customer experience. Today was my 10th attempt to cancel auto-renewal (which I never asked for!) BEWARE.

A total scam. They will sign you up to renew next year without you knowing about it. Then, when you see a payment anc try to cancel they hide the cancel buttons and make it really difficult. They are cheap scammers. DO NOT USE.
