Made an unauthorised transaction of €22.86 on my debit card. Got in contact with my bank and their fraud squad investigated it and I got a refund. I never even heard of Jibjab before.

I made a video card to share on a forum but it won't download. Very disappointed. I wrote customer support and never heard back.

Stole my money. Haven't clicked auto renewal yet they auto renewed 3 years in a row. I haven't seen anything after attempts to cancel in 5 years. Today, they took $36 from my bank which is a new card and numbers!! I see i am not the only victim. Do NOT use this scammer! Shit videos and you will be forever getting stolen from. They dont cancel your account. They find ways to keep stealing, hoping we dont notice. Well when someone has $60 for gas, and goes to pay after they pump it but only have $24, what are they to do? This did not happen to me but it sure could have!.

You waisted 15 minutes of my time making a video that I couldn’t share, so I thought well I might as well waste another minute to come on here and tell everyone else not to bother with your site.

A staff member at my company signed up to JibJab in 2020. Each year since myself or others have made numerous attempts to cancel this service directly. On this JibJab are spectacularly unhelpful. Since 2020 the company Visa Card has been updated twice yet the annual JibJab charges keep coming through. JibJab make it impossible to cancel a service. They then manage to charge you even if your credit card expiry and CVV numbers have changed. How can they even do this?! If I could given them negative stars I would. For your own safety & peace of mind AVOID!

I give them a zero. They're sneaky Have a big $3 a month sign big can't miss it. But when they charge your card... $36. Theres very teeny fine print that says they will charge you for a year in advance?
No Bueno! Shame on you tricksters. I only had $45. Just wanted to send my daughter a bday card. Thanks for ruining week. Broke.

Made an unauthorised transaction for god knows what. Not just scammers, but thieves.

JibJab has an auto renewal that doesn't remind you each year. So this year it was not only renewed again but for a higher amount.
I emailed them using their online form requesting a cancellation and refund.
An hour later this had been agreed and executed.
It happens. But the sign of an honest firm is when there is no BS when a complaint and request is made.
The system has been implemented to act in their favour but I am happy with the way they dealt with me. Bravo!

Absolute criminals. Bought a one month membership ($3.00). It automatically redirects you to a one year membership (when you click purchase now) for $36.00 when using Paypal. Impossible to cancel once purchased. I've read that they also auto renew which is near impossible to cancel. So now I'm going to have to call PayPal, which is a nightmare or just bite the bullet. JibJab is nothing but tricksters conning their way into your wallet. whatever you do, don't give them your credit card or debit card info.

Impossible to cancel and they will bill you every year even if you turn off auto renewal. Ive been attempting to cancel for over a year to no success. They have even begun attempts to bill me bia bank draft after I canceled the credit card they originally were billing on. SCAM company.

Tried it. It looked fun. Popup stopped me from seeing the whole (most of) the video. Couldn't see what it was trying to get me to pay for and wasn't gonna gamble sending something I hadn't seen. Not the best sales tactic. Reduce the quality, watermark, but at least let people see the thing first!

I’m in Jib jab cancellation hell. They’ve taken a fun thing and completely pissed me off to the point I will never resubscribe - assuming I can cancel this mess. You can’t talk to a person because they are so full of their own importance. Utterly disappointed and frustrated.
Do not subscribe. You cannot get out of it.

Update they resolved it and let me cancel

i done a video for an 18th birthday in 2022.cancelled after i had done the video.well thats what i thought.only realised yesterday they been taking money every 6 months since then.. SCAMMERS...must be raking it in IF PEOPLE THINK THEY HAVE CANCELLED ..yet money still being taken couple of year after..make sure you cancel at your bank to stop these dishonest people taking more unautherised money

I enjoyed this app a lot. Very fun and funny videos. I paid for 6 months and at the end of this time they did an automatic renewal. I contacted them to cancel this renewal and the money was refunded the next day! I sure don't get this great customer service any where else!

1). 2023 - Selected a 1 month subscription, a years fee was taken off my account. I assumed I made a mistake and left it. Reading the reviews now, it’s a common shady tactic Jib Jab seems to use.
2). Today another yearly subscription was taken off my account, only to find out it’s an ‘automatic membership renewal’

Wish I found these reviews sooner.

AWFULSITE, SO DIFFICULT AND AWKWARD - SO NOT USER FRIENDLY

I subbed for a monthly, I got charged for a yearly. Appearently several people are having issues with getting their subscriptions cancelled. Who knows a good lawyer for this? Let's team up guys, this website is so scammy, I am willing to put the time in t get them down, I don't like the way they handle all of this at all, it isn't right.

My dad's around 70 and doesn't believe that the calling the phones that don't work and emails are the answer bc that's what the bank says but I had my own situation with a company called g-plans where the bank said the same thing and it was a scam just like this one, I'm glad I could show these reviews to my dad but he is still not wanting to believe me also you ppl at jib jab are just sick ppl to do this stealing money from old people
