Do not sign up for a paid account. I have been trying to cancel since 2018 and it is 2022. Jib Jab still continues to auto renew every year. Every year I have to fill out a refund form and request cancelation. It must be their business practice to continue auto renewal in hopes people won't notice the charge.

Fell in the trap again, and subscribed to JibJab.
The website has very dated cheezy video-cards that often don't make any sense + it's not at all user friendly!!
Once you complete your card, you could not download it, but have to send a link of the video that is basically 90% marketing for JibJab, with your video lost in the middle of it!
NEVER AGAIN!

Don't you despise these compnies that lure you in with promises of free only to find out...not free? I do. The only free thing is them getting your email address free.

Terrible company. Like everyone else I’ve been scammed. Took €40 from my bank account without asking. Totally illegal. No reply to my emails. Scammers - avoid like the plague.

Awful abuse of auto renew tactics.

I used once, about two years ago and noticed today I have a pending charge on my bank account!

No effort whatsoever for Jib Jab to notify dormant accounts. Two years and not one log in, but they knowingly charged me an extra near £40

Absolute mockery of a business, and should either be reprimanded for their shambolic abuse of a renewal system or the law need to change.

Quite frankly appalled by this, and does make me wonder how many other customers, elderly or otherwise who could be inadvertently paying for years.

I'm sure Jib Jab would be quick off the mark if my bank account details has changed. Shame on you

If you forget about the Auto-renew "feature", you'll pay another year. If the product was worth using beyond a couple of times they wouldn't need to do this... Cynical tactics, and for this alone they deserve to fail. Avoid.

Underhand auto-renewal tactics, feels like I've been repeatedly robbed.

Although the videos are fun to make if you post them to Instagram or Facebook they get taken down within minutes for copyright infringement. Bought a monthly subscription, cancelled it an hour later.

Can't see past e-cards created & sent they deleted option. Wanted to use Farters day gif i created they deleted it.
$25 waste of time on an idea that started out with potential.

I ordered 3 things for the kids and they never came I message them and they said they delivered them and only offered me 50% of my money back and still waiting on refund DON'T USE THIS SITE ONE BIG SCAMMER

Horrible!! The website is super slow, it takes hours to create a simple project!! Definitely not worst using.

A very heavy slant towards male characters which has been problematic for many selections. Really lacking diversity. Ive cancelled my rolling subscription as not worth it.

Jibjab should tell you up front of how much it costs. You have to sign in with your eMail first. Who knows to whom they sell your address. Don't trust them!

Stop these thieves! I had a subscription years ago. Out of nowhere a deduction appears on my bank account this month. How much money do they scam globally by making deductions from old, cancelled accounts? Sneaky and dodgy. I wish I hadn’t signed up for a year of laughs as it is not worth the stress.

Jibjab videos are hilarious, I have used them multiple years for my family and colleagues and have always gone down very well. They are also great company, helping me resolve my questions a few hours after emailing, even on Christmas day! Couldn't recommend more.

I don't understand why you can't just pay for one video like you used to be able too - sheer greed that you now MUST pay for a year's subscription - just lost a customer here.

Really fun and original eCards, which you can personalize with your own photos, which them become part of the characters in the animated card. Been using their service for quite a few years – highly recommend.

Deceitful! They claim the cost is USD 2 a month, but "forget" to tell that they charge a full year in advance. Scam - stay away.
