Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order.
Following your request to return the personalised crystal glasses, we contacted you by email to explain our position. The items supplied match your order exactly and were delivered in good condition. They were not faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
As these glasses were personalised specifically to your order, they cannot be returned or refunded simply because they are no longer wanted. Our Terms and Conditions clearly state that personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty. Once an item has been engraved to a customer’s specification, it cannot be returned to stock or resold.
We understand that you raised a question regarding the origin of the goods after the order had already been delivered to you. Had this been discussed prior to ordering, we would have been very happy to help you find an alternative option that better suited your requirements. Unfortunately, as the order had already been processed and personalised by the time this concern was raised, a return or refund is not possible.
We take great care to ensure that all orders are produced and supplied exactly as requested, and in this case the items were fulfilled precisely according to the details provided at the time of purchase.
We are, of course, sorry that you felt disappointed with your purchase and that this led to a negative review. However, we can confirm that the order was completed correctly and in line with our published Terms and Conditions.

We also offered to remake and replace the incorrect plates straight away. While mistakes are very rare for us - as reflected in our thousands of 5-star reviews - we are human, and on this occasion something did go wrong.
We’re disappointed that despite our conversation and attempt to resolve the issue, you still felt the need to leave a poor review, but we do appreciate you raising your concerns.
