We always strive to be a 5-star company, so it was disappointing to see your 3-star review - especially because we didn't get the chance to make this right for you first.
We noticed you emailed us at 16:16 PM on Friday, May 29th. Our office closes at 14:00 PM on Fridays, and we always respond to weekend messages first thing on Monday morning.
We would have loved the opportunity to resolve this before you posted your review, as customer satisfaction means everything to us.
To put things right, we are arranging for a brand-new award to be sent out to you ASAP and hope you can see that (given the chance) we would always make things right. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I completely understand your disappointment regarding the number of items listed as "out of stock." To give you a little insight, our stock availability is heavily dependent on our manufacturers, which unfortunately falls out of our direct control.

Because bamboo is a completely natural product, each piece has its own unique grain and wood colour. We do highlight this on the website as the engraving finish can vary slightly from piece to piece - which we love because it gives every award its own individual character and charm! However, we completely understand if you were looking for a more identical look.
For your next order, we’d highly recommend one of our glass awards, which offer a beautifully uniform finish.
