From a chance encounter we have found the heating/plumbing company for us and anybody else looking for quality work. Tom is very easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble, carried out our boiler service and checked hot-water cylinder. We also had a new hot-water cylinder changed, it was not easy as it had been installed 40+ years ago - before the airing cupboard was built around it. Drew's attention to detail and work ethic is second to none and a really pleasant person to boot. His pipework on the new boiler was better/neater than the original, so much so you almost want to polish it.

I think this is the 5th yearly service I have arranged with Harvey's.
From booking with Holly to the service with Tom, everything is smooth and hassle free.

Tom and his team were nothing short of amazing! He managed to fit us in at very short notice due to our existing boiler completely packing in and left with no heating or hot water with 2 little ones! Tom came 2 days later and fitted a new boiler for us. Tom went above and beyond in keeping us informed and worked efficiently and swiftly to ensure we had heating again. As usual a great service and price with my yearly boiler service, why go anywhere else?

Personable, efficient and prompt. Responded quickly to a problem despite it being a very busy time of the year. Would not hesitate to recommend.

It was found that my boiler had a intermittent fault in regard to lighting. When Tom arrived, he made a recommendation to replace the part that was causing the fault, which is now rectified the issue within the boiler. I have had no further issues. Service was was excellent with all the relevant paperwork supplied.

Tom is such an experienced engineer my service went through 100% with no problem. His manner was respectful and when you know you can trust that person and if something was wrong , i could trust Tom completely. That is so important. Thank you very much. Fabulous.
