Friendly and efficient service.
SMH got us out of a fix last winter when our ancient Worcester boiler finally gave up the ghost by arranging to install a new one on an expedited basis. That was done cleanly and quickly and enabled us to finally thaw out.
This first annual boiler service was arranged at an early date after initial request, and the engineer called ahead on the day and offered us an earlier visit than the appointed time. Friendly and efficient service.

The heating was turned up to maximum but not turned down at the end of the service. However the engineer came back and adjusted it so alls well that ends well.

The boiler fitters who came to our house were so respectful, and my partner felt extremely comfortable with them, and again they went above and beyond to help in any way possible.
