Great customer service
I've been using my series S-22 for years now and it's been battered and bruised along the way but still working perfectly! Great products as well as helpful and timely customer service whenever any issues do arise.

Amazing customer service from Duncan today. Issue over Christmas with S22 battery. Duncan responded first thing this morning, after a couple of quick questions he arranged a replacement battery which should be with me tomorrow. Excellent service. Wish more companies treated their customers like this...

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jacvapour's customer service team recently and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! Great products, fast delivery and great customer service
Order regularly from this company for the last 2 years and dispatch is almost always the same day and delivery is fast and as stated. On the one occasion I had a faulty product, they dispatched a replacement immediately. Great service!
