I just pirate music now

Over the years my music library was deleted on a number of occasions and I had to upload it all again each time taking days etc and now all of my podcasts have been removed I liked from years ago. Never using ITunes again I am deleting you this time for good.

Customer service not working,I'm not happy about that fix up

Customer Service online chat Nil points. Sure the staff have a disconnect button on their keyboard.
How difficult is it to change a phone number on ITUNES, really its impossible. As they send a verification code to a mobile number you no longer have. With no alternative way of doing it. The code they send to an email not recognise. You have to recover account. Wait 24 hours by which time the process has failed. On line chat state case escalated. Make appointment for call back. Case escalated to an engineer. Give a telephone number out to get update. All the time they haven't done any of it. No trace of escalations. No phone call back. No trace of a complaint. The phone number they give, even though they ask which country you are in, turns out to be in another country. Positive comment for the person who answered the call. She listened and said she will ring back today. Whether that happens, time will tell. 4 days later after getting a new IPOD which I still cannot use. Apparently the only trusted devices are Apple products themselves. The fact you have used ITUNES on a laptop for years, you also have family sharing app on android phone, these are not trusted devices.
Customer service cannot over-ride the system to input a phone number.
I can no longer access music on laptop or phone as I was advised to log out and I no longer have access.
No faith in Apple Customer Service. Think we should have gone with Amazon.

Some business claimed Apple has a deal with The Beatles based on their APPLE REC and DISNEY

While trying to be a freelance writer, proposed a fiction story to Tim Cook never replied however there after their team stuck their snouts in my macbook, File Vault
After their APPLE TV came out they started using their preinstalled Screen Share App, remotely screen sharing my macbook from their apple store, remotely accessing my keyboard harassing me with death threats, insults, bullying, thought it was teen hackers turns out it might have been apple! They used my friend another writer
for two of their projects, without asking her first!
Their new privacy policy is so unethical they have had film directors some actors PR hacking remotely into their customers macbooks for their script stories!

If you buy a mancbook you have to agree to them accessing your file vault, watching remotely your
Facetime conversations with family, if your a script
writer than your screwed they will steal ideas access
your notes there after denying everything!

BBB hasn't taken this matter seriously. Iv had a bully in my computer giving me death threats, attacking my personal life, humiliating me daily! They have accessed my iphone videos images sms, File Vault despite their claims its encrypted and they respect their clients privacy ! Its dishonest business practices that their millions of macbook users should be aware of!

If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t allow you refunds after a certain amount no matter how many years it’s been since your last refund. I’ve accidentally bought duplicates and I’m just SOL bc they won’t allow me a refund. I can’t even imagine someone who steals my money to buy stuff on there. I’m just gonna be screwed bc they refuse to give me any refunds no matter the reason. I hate them. They give zero craps about their customers no matter how long they been customers

Købte en vare i et spil. De trak pengene med jeg modtog intet. Dette skete 2 gange på samme dag. Og igen trak de penge men jeg fik intet. Klagede med fik ikke noget ud af det. Refundering var ikke berettiget. Hvordan pokker kan man skulle betale for ingenting. Store giganter tryner de små. Flot Apple !!

Worst customer service around. Wasting my time getting told they could help with an ITunes issue and got bounced around on hold for over 45 minutes to be told they cannot help. The manager I dealt with was useless and no help at all!!!!

I cant buy a new song. U have totally etased my playlist at least 3 times. Going samsung

Bought Hells kitchen season 19. Half way through they cancelled the season! No notification and no refund!! Im in shock over Apple.

Apple iTunes is a completely RIPOFF ...!!! Every time a change a phone ... I loosing the songs Pre owned, paid for . OUTRAGEOUS 👎. Apple iTunes change artist albums presentations and “ update “ their stores BUT they DON’T give customers the Option to reload the songs in the new device.... just after you buy 2 o 3 times sane song then ... then they will recommend to download but wait ... the songs WON’T appear as you bought it ... it will be the sane songs just DIFFERENT presentation and of course... You will have to pay for these songs again. DOUBLE DIPPING in your pockets SCAMMERS. I decided to STOP buying from this people because.... they DON’T even “ can “ provide you with billing information, Purchases detailed information.... Apple iTunes DON’T know nothing... so they WON’T be responsible for NOTHING..!!! Typical scam modus Operandis ... Disgraceful.

so vielfältig wie das Angebot ist- bei dem Thema Bedienbarkeit versagt Apple komplett- obwohl die Handys gerade dadurch berühmt geworden sind. Alleine das Auffinden eines gekauften Musiktitels und die Umwandlung in das Mp3 Format bring einen zur Weißglut

It just not worth it.
It's better to use other service with similar options it would be less expensive and more comfy

When it first came out, I spent a lot of money buying albums and songs from them as well as uploading some of my albums to me library. Now, I can't access ANY of the albums I PURCHASED and if a song on one of my uploaded albums is on their new service, I can't play that song either...unless I buy a monthly subscription to their service. Plus, there doesn't seem to be a way I can download the albums I PURCHSED from them to my personal hard drive to listen to through another media player.

It appears that the sucked enough money out of customers with their old service and decided to extract more money from them to listen to the music they ALREADY PAID FOR by forcing us to buy another service. Don't be fooled to think they won't do it again on this new service.

If you can't download the album to your own personal hard drive them don't buy it. You will loose hundreds of dollars, just like me.

iTunes looked great from the cover, but was very buggy as I continued to use it, I think I would not advise people to also use iTunes due too the buggy interface.
