(2017-04-16) Windows 10 Pro did not work for me, on 3 of 6 computers, so the OS had to be removed which means reinstalling all software on Windows 7 Ultimate. I am trying to retrieve keycodes for iSkysoft Studio ( iSkysoft iTube Studio) which is impossible because it was phased out in updates.

Furthermore, a year ago, I purchased the iSkysoft iTube Studio ‘Lifetime Subscription’ (for 5 to 10 computers) and Download Insurance (I have the PayPal receipt) which is useless when filling out your Support form. I have a copy of your confirmation email on one of my 7 computers which I am patiently looking for to use in filing more complaints and I know where to file them. A Lifetime Subscription @ $ 72.95 + Download Insurance Service @ $ 4.95 = $ 77.90.

The name 'iSkysoft Studio' or 'iSkysoft iTube Studio' is not included in the iSkysoft Support Center form under 'Product' which means the SUBMIT button will not work and any customer complaints or other information will not be sent to iSkysoft. Something will have to be done or complaints will be filed.

DONT BUY THIS PRODUCTS THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
I bought the iskysoft toolbox for android to help me recover my lost files and after using it all files regarding google play services dissapeared and became lost also. This software is rubbish and their technical support is useless and most of all they dont give you your money back when asked to honor their 30 day money back guarantee.

This is disgusting. Once i downloaded this rubbish iskysoft pdf editor it automatically put a bad watermark on my document to force me pay for the full version so i ll be able to take it off. Do never download this app.

I purchased iSkysoft DVD Creator. There were 3 technical problems: two with its installation and one with its operation. iSkysoft resolved the first installation issue. After that, there technical support failed to resolve the remaining two issues. On the iSkysoft website, iSkysoft claims to honor a request for a refund. When I requested a refund, they refused and told me to select another of their products.
BTW, I purchased Wondershare DVD Creator (a competitor's product) for the same price, and it installed and operated perfectly, and did so without any issues.
Based upon my experience with iSkysoft, I consider iSkysoft to be one of the most highly disreputable software companies with which I have become familiar in my 30 years of experience in personal computer consulting, design and engineering.

I uninstalled the program and now ALL my PDF files made by Skysoft and other programs or emailed to me WILL NOT OPEN

They put their watermark RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR VIDEO. I have a work presentation due and my computer unexpectedly crashed. Was hoping this could be a save all but right in the middle of the presentation is the "Iskysoft" logo. Absolute waste of time and won't uninstall from my computer.

And Iskysoft-don't bother responding to my review. I see you've done with may others but there is nothing I want from you. You are a s*** company.

I have been an iSkysoft user for many years. The iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe 5.7.2 is one of my most used Apps. It is brilliant. Take your time to explore it's features and you will agree with me. Some of the features however need "digging out" as they are not obvious. I have never had a "dud" program from iSkysoft and consider them a trusted company.

iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe is a good app. Compared to other programs in the market, this tool provides many amazing features to create an amazing video. You can also download and convert any streaming video from YouTube. In one word, it is a 'Cool' app for any kind of video conversions.

The watermark simply makes this version unusable. Looking for an alternative to test prior to purchasing

I was so interested in recovering my pictures that I did not read reviews. failed to recover videos and slide shows which was my main intent. Do not waste your money. Does not tell you up front about $49 charge to recover files.

Came up in a search result for a Linux video converter. The available options are to download either a Windows or a Mac program for a Linux converter. Just in case you don't know, it won't work.

The website appears to be a boilerplate design that generates results based on whatever you are searching for.

I tried searching for "iskysoft free money" and there is a page for that!

I tried "iskysoft naked" and, guess what? There is a search result page for that, too!

Please blacklist this site!

Advertises free DVD burning. True but defaced with watermarks.
I paid to get the usable version: didn't work.
I attempted to contact the company.
The phone number was not valid.
The URL address was not valid.
I'm screwed. Can't think anything other than you will be too.

I had my reservations, had been using DAK when I changed over to a Mac. the former isn't for MAC. After I got the bugs out,(my ignorance) it works flawlessly. Music is my passion, my library continues to grow, a wonderful ease of transition from Iskysoft to Items. Editing is a breeze.

As soon as the web page "www iskysoft com" is on screen, multiple downloads are "pushed" / "forced"...
I never requested any download !
I didn't even have the time to start reading the web page !!!

I purchased the iskysoft video converter today and tried for hours to convert VOB files into usable format for Apple hardware, which they claim is great etc. It didn't work at all and the help was of no use. Luckily I bought via Apples App Store, so will be getting my money back.

Have been using the editor for some time. It is very reliable and easy to use editor thus far. Highly recommended.

The free version is not free at all. A huge waste of time because it has zero utility. Acts as malware. When I tried to uninstall it, it didn't delete any of the files and left background processes running. DO NOT GET UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER CONVERTERS OUT THERE AND THEY ARE FREE!

Try to download The software again from Apple Store, but must først delete The damaged program. When I try again, it cost $ 50. !!!!!!!
