The representative that came round earlier was very thorough with explaining how the new intercom worked, and was very helpful, answering any questions I had about the system.

Waardeloos systeem. Als bewoner kan ik 9 van de 10 oproepen niet beantwoorden of de deur open doen. Jullie Support team geadviseerde om de app opnieuw te installeren. Gedaan maar het helpt niet.

Une semaine après installation Le nouvel interphone de la marque intratone ne tient absolument pas ses promesses. Les appels video ne fonctionnent pas du tout sur un mobile android . Sur iphone ipad quand les appels nous parviennent il y a un tel décalage que l on entend le parlophone répéter ce que l on viens de dire.
MAIS CA C EST QUAND NOTRE VISITEUR A LA CHANCE QUE LA COMMUNICATION SOIT ETABLIE
