Had a very thorough talk through on how to use the intraphone app on my phone device. He explained all the icons very well and understood how to use the app with the intercom. Thanks again James for your help!

Rep visit after installation
James came around as a rep for the company, to ensure that the recent intercom installation had no teething problems, and answer any and all questions about the new system. He helped confirm for me a few things, and was knowledgeable and friendly. In the long term I can't yet speak for how impressed I am by the company as a whole, but if James is any indication of what I can expect, I'll be more than happy

A shambles. This is a company to avoid.
At the time of writing we are well over a week since the installation of the Intratone entry system and, to put it simply, it doesn’t work. At all. The panel which is supposed to enable people to “ring the bell” (I.e. call the registered mobile phone to request entry) doesn’t display any flat numbers, so is useless. The spoken instructions which are played to a visitor are broken up, presumably by a faulty connection. The installation was obviously poor, with wires left exposed. So far we’ve missed one commercial delivery but I’m most concerned about a delivery of medical supplies due this week.

Mooie producten, makkelijk te installeren. Reactie technische vragen zijn ook goed, reactietijd is alleen wat langer dan andere leveranciers (verbeterpuntje).
