DON'T BUY THIS SYSTEM
This company is s disgrace. I have been trying to fix my faulty system for 10 weeks and I have contacted them on many occasions and they keep sending me to installers who don't know the system or won't touch it because it's rubbish. Their technical team have not helped at all. Their parent company are not interested.
BE WARNED THIS SYSTEM IS RUBBISH AND THERE IS NO AFTER SRRVICE SUPPORT......AFTER A FEW WEEKS I AM FORCED TO BUY A DIFFERENT SYSTEM. WHST S JOKE

Super friendly and very helpful gentleman helped set up the app for the new intercom gate access on the property, he even came out of expected hours to do this as it went live earlier than expected, great service. Thank you.

Its the most ridiculous door entry…
Its the most ridiculous door entry system ever youve got to hsve your phone with you at all times as nothing comes through an actual door handset receiver anymore in your flat youve literally got to have phone in hand at all times otherwise you dont get any buzzer in flat anymore to know someone at your door only a mobile call the okder residents in the block of flats dont know if their coming or going with it they are used to your buzzer in flat ringing now theyve got to carry phone round at all times with them

Dit systeem werkt gewoon niet
Dit systeem werkt gewoon niet, mijn moeder word 90 ik kan haar heel vaak niet bereiken via haar telefoon of mobiel, dit gebeurt haar mijn idee door storing door intratoon… woningbouw geeft aan veel klachten te krijgen alleen word er niks mee gedaan…. Ik sta zo vaak voor haar deur en haar deurbel gaat niet over naar het systeem en dan begint ook de ellende met het bereiken via haar telefoon… bedankt woningbouw en intratone, het geld word wel geincaseert maar waarom zullen we problemen oplossen, hopelijk kan ze iemand bereiken wanneer haar wat overkomt, en hopelijk kan de hulp haar bereiken…. Het kost ons in ieder geval moeite haar te bereiken ….. geen aanrader !!!!

Het systeem naar een vaste lijn te laten bellen (als die aanwezig is).
Via de app een aanvraag in te dienen (Over > Een vraag > Aanvraag voor ondersteuning) zodat we het probleem nauwkeurig kunnen onderzoeken.
We staan klaar om u te helpen en dit zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
