I’ve been buying t-shirts from Into the AM for well over 10 years, and this was the first time I’d ever had an issue with sizing. I reached out expecting a fairly standard support response, but Ardie in the customer service team genuinely took the time to understand the issue and help resolve it properly. Being based in Australia, that level of service and trust really stood out. Great products, but more importantly, they continue to treat long-term customers with real care and respect. That’s why I keep coming back.

Great response time and assistance

I had my first purchase from IntoTheAm today. The site is very easy to navigate and the details of products are very useful - you have a very good idea on what you buy.

Also, another positive surprise was that I had received a couple of discount codes over email but couldn't get them to work with my selection. So I ordered anyway. A few minutes later, the support team (Ardie) was very helpful and I got refunded the missing discount that I couldn't get to work. Great customer service! Highly recommend! (Will come back with the product quality review)

Was initially nervous with the AI bot system but after Ardie was able to take over I cannot explain how beneficial it was to have an actual human able to help. Ardie was great! Very helpful and let me know one of the shirts I ordered wasn't available. I picked a different one and was updated quickly when it was processed.

I had an order from Amazon in January and had two tee shirts where the threading under arm pit came loose, thus leaving a hole.

Ardie went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and gave a one exception e-gift card to replace the items from the website.
