The shirts are truly amazing, sparking conversations with friends and admiring glances from people I pass in the store. I have ten of them now and love these monthly surprises in my mailbox. I caught a snafu in an email, notified IntoTheAM, and Ardie quickly resolved it and let me know how much they appreciated the nudge. Top notch business and very customer oriented! Check them out for yourself. Oh, my next shirt will be black, with iridescent jelly and pink flowers to make people stop and admire. 10/10

Love the texture of the shirt but I ordered the wrong size. Lots of details that aren't important but what IS important is the customer service representative, Ardie, who assisted me. Polite, professional and patient...an asset to the company, for sure! I will be ordering more!

Scammed me out of European VAT.
They charged me VAT (20% for Europe) which they DID NOT PAY, so I had to pay both the customs taxes (12% on top of that) and VAT which was 20% on top of that, so they just pocketed my VAT and did nothing.

Had a wonderful customer service experience with CS rep Remie. Very quick responses, just a great experience overall. Will definitely continue being a customer.

I bought my first tee this past week. Put it on and instantly knew I would be moving on from True Classic tees (which I really liked - a lot) to only INTO THE AM now. Better collars. Higher quality fabric. And I read they hold up after washing much better - I trust they will. Additionally, customer service has been lightning quick - it's like they're there 24-7. So far - beyond impressive!
