Excellent shipping

I can trust that my order will be correct and will arrive undamaged since they double check all orders and super pack to prevent damage. I was very frustrated when I received a damaged order from a different company. A relief to have confidence in a company who knows the importance of getting an order correct and packing it so it arrives in good shape.

I was sent the wrong items

I was sent the wrong items. The bulbs they sent did not match the specs listed on the site. The color is wrong. I let them know of their error and they informed me they ran out of what I ordered and sent me something similar and now it’s my problem. They apparently think it’s okay to send whatever they want despite it not being what I ordered. They are not refunding me. They are not interested in fixing the situation.

We do offer replacements, and our current replacement bulbs are 2700K. I understand that this does not meet your needs.
As mentioned in my earlier message today, we have processed a refund for your order, and our accounting team has already completed that transaction. We also noted that you’re welcome to donate the bulbs if you have no use for them.
Again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding.
