We understand your disappointment and frustration with the delivery timing, especially after paying for expedited shipping.

Your order was placed and shipped on Friday; however, the package was delayed while in USPS transit over the weekend. Unfortunately, once a shipment is in the carrier's possession, we do not have control over unexpected postal delays.

We also apologize if our communication did not adequately address your concerns. The delivery notification you received was intended as an automated status update and was not meant to diminish the inconvenience caused by the delay.

We understand that when customers choose express shipping, they expect their orders to arrive as quickly as possible. While we processed and shipped the order promptly, we regret that USPS was unable to deliver it within the expected timeframe. While lamp life can occasionally be affected by factors such as shipping damage, handling, fixture conditions, voltage variations, or a manufacturing defect, a lifespan that short is certainly not typical.
