Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service experience I have had in memory. Searched for a replacement bulb for a specific lamp using the brand name and article number. Their lightbulb titled "replacement for" the lamp I was looking for came up first, the customer service lady essentially told me you couldn't trust that and I was dumb for looking that way. Regardless, after some more research, I actually think I ordered the right bulb but we didn't get that far b/c she was so agro, I wanted off the phone. The bulb I received didn't work and was sparking. I wanted to return it. You have to get an RMA and you have to pay return shipping for the faulty bulb and maybe a restocking fee of 25%, their policy is unclear.

They falsely advertise a replacement…

They falsely advertise a replacement battery for Coleman H20 portable camping water heater. I believed the scam business and purchased it ! Their is now way this would ever work !
They want me to pay for the return after scamming me.
