Don't hold your breath for delivery!!!

Ordered before same day delivery cutoff time. Charged almost as much for the delivery as the flowers cost and still waiting for them to be delivered 4 days later. That gave AMPLE time for Interflora to contact us and let us know that it would be 4 days late. Which they did not do. Or it would have been more credible for them to refund our money and allow us to contact another business for an earlier delivery. It's just not acceptable. Also, upon seeing a photograph of the arrangement it wasn't what we had ordered either. We ordered orange tones and what was supplied was nearly all bright yellow! Pathetic - will never use this incompetent company again!

Orders placed within same day delivery cut-off times are accepted based on delivery capacity available at the time the order is placed. However, there are unfortunately occasions where unforeseen operational or courier issues can impact delivery timeframes after orders have already been accepted.

So disgusted

So disgusted. They delivered my elderly mother’s flowers for mothers day 2 days earlier and have the hide the say due to terms and conditions. The lowest of the lowest 😡😡😡😡😡

We completely understand that for occasions like Mother’s Day, the delivery date is an important part of the gift experience, particularly when sending flowers to a loved one.

As outlined at the time of purchase and within our Mother’s Day delivery information, for orders requested to be delivered on Mother’s Day Sunday 10th May, we make every effort to deliver on that Sunday. However, due to the extremely high volume of orders handled during this peak period, we reserve the right to deliver orders between Friday and Sunday of the Mother’s Day weekend to help ensure gifts arrive in time for the occasion. Weekend delivery services are also not available in all locations.

While your order was delivered within the stated delivery window, we do appreciate that an earlier delivery may not have aligned with your expectations, and we understand your frustration.

Unreliable

I ordered flowers online for a funeral.Got a call saying flowers cannot be delivered till Friday 10/4. This morning i called to follow up an email and i was told that flowers cannot be sent till Monday 13th. If i wouldnt have called i would have never known. I got a lousy excuse that the delivery person left. I called the Florist overseas only to find out that the delivery person did not quit. This is not the first time Interflora has stuffed up and i am sure it wont be the last.

Awful

Awful - I ordered flowers for my friend with a bottle of champagne spending over $300aud. The flowers that showed up looked cheap and nothing like what I selected, the champagne did not arrive and to top it off the message in the card was wrong and my name was spelled incorrectly. Really not happy. I wish I used a different company - it seems easier as I lived overseas but never again I will only use a local place from now on.

Despite all the terrible reviews

Despite all the terrible reviews, the boquet actually came in the morning, fresh flowers and really pretty. Ive seen the bad reviews after i bought them so i was kinda scared but they didnt disappoint! My girl loves them and im really happy i did not get scammed

I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this business. I ordered flowers for my niece and received a confirmation email, so I expected the delivery to go ahead as promised.

After waiting nearly 20 hours, my order was suddenly cancelled without proper explanation. To make matters worse, I have still not received a refund.

This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone.Extremely unprofessional.

Flowers delivery almost late for funeral, stress!

I ordered 3 wreaths for a funeral interstate, and they delivered them 1 min before the service started. I was not at all impressed. The flowers should be there at least 30 minutes before the service starts. Other florist companies delivered their flowers at least an hour ahead of the service start. Why can't Interflora? So if you really must buy flowers from interflora, you should give them a fake start time, at least 30 minutes before the service starts. Their website will ask you to state the start of the service, but if you tell them the real time, you run the risk that the flowers will only get there after the service starts, not like other florist companies.

DO NOT use Interflora for funerals

DO NOT use Interflora for funeral flowers. They cannot be trusted to deliver when it truly matters. If they can't support regional deliveries, they shouldn't offer the service at all. What we experienced was not just incompetence, it was a complete lack of care...

The experience we received from them was disappointing and embarrassing.

We ordered a funeral wreath through Interflora for a very close family member. Being interstate, we couldn’t attend the service ourselves, so this arrangement was incredibly important to us. It was our way of showing up and paying our respects.

Interflora failed us completely.

We received an email 20 minutes after the funeral had already started saying the order couldn’t be fulfilled due to a supplier issue. That’s not just bad service, that’s disgraceful. There was no warning, no courtesy call the day before, nothing. Just a last-minute email when it was already too late. Our family stood at the funeral wondering why we hadn’t followed through. It was deeply embarrassing and hurtful.

They offered a refund and sent a so-called “upgraded” arrangement later that day. When we saw a photo of it, we were disgusted. It looked rushed, uneven, and cheap, like something thrown together as an afterthought. Definitely not what we were promised, and not appropriate for any occasion, let alone a funeral. I am completely embarrassed that it was even delivered to our family. It is appalling.

If there was a negative score I’d provide it.
I purchased flowers on the website for an international delivery to the USA for a funeral. It was purchased ahead of time, delivery address accepted on the website as well as payment. I received a message TODAY, saying they were unable to deliver - totally missing my Uncle’s funeral. Disappointing and upsetting.

Said they would deliver on a certain day, they didn't. So the person never received the gift (~$150). Refused to admit fault and were pretty rude about the whole thing.

This place is a scam

My mother ordered flowers for me for my birthday, delivery was to me in the USA. She paid 150 for them, and what showed up was a disgrace. 3 roses and a few cheap filler flowers, mostly tiny daisy looking things. My hand was as big as the arrangement. I contacted customer service and asked for my mum to be refunded or a replacement to be sent to me. They "contacted" their florist over here who filled the order. After days of chasing them, they finally came back to say the florist said the flowers were to the value of 150 dollars! The arrangement was dead in 3 days. Stay far away from this place they will rip you off blind.

Paid $150 for premium rose basket as a condolence for a family member. Specifically because they’ve a cat , I did not want any Lilly’s as they’re toxic. What did the get - a couple of roses and other flowers including Lilly’s. Not happy. 2 stars for easy online service and quick delivery.

A nightmare from start to finish. First I couldn't order online. The interflora lady on the phone was nice & helped. What was delivered, versus what I ordered was disappointing. I could have done better, much, much better for the money from the local shop.

Over $200 for dead looking flowers.
Sent flowers to Darwin for over $200. The recipient said they were lovely a sent a photo. The bunch is tiny - and half dead. Try another florist - these guys don’t deserve your business

Valentine Day Ruined!! $200 USD

In USA for work. Ordered flowers, Premium chocolate, and Standard Teddy bear. My wife and daughter got the flowers but not the extras.
I would call this STEALING! Hopefully they can either give me a refund or compensate me somehow because they definitely let me down and ruined my Valentine Day surprise for my Wife and Daughter.

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary celebration. On the day of the anniversary, I received the following message last minute: "...unfortunately all our florists in your delivery area reached capacity due to Valentine's Day deliveries and have exhausted their floral stocks."
