Shocking experience.

Shocking. Going under the name From You Flowers, in WA. Wilted minuscule blooms, all of 12 stems, when was supposed to be 30, in a box, with a plastic wrapped mason jar, delivered to the billing address and not the recipient address, 48 hours late. Total flop. Paid double for the luxury size, received old flowers at standard size which is so small it is embarrassing. Can’t even give them to the recipient. Absolutely horrific experience and would tell everyone far and wide never to order through bloomex. Do your research as they have many websites under different names all coming from the same shoddy, misrepresenting company.

Terrible service, ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered in Townsville. When they didn't arrive, I rang Bloomex, waited 20 minutes to talk to someone, who told me they had sent me an email, which they did not send, telling me they couldn't send my flowers because they would die. After much to and from, I am getting a refund. I am not holding my breath.
DO NOT USE BLOOMEX.

Another update: Flowers arrived today, all wilted, dried out and nothing like what was pictured on their website. The condolence message was printed on a receipt, no card. They also stated that they included a gourmet gift. The gourmet gift was a packet of Arnott's Milk Coffee biscuits from the supermarket. This whole process has been weird. Save yourself.
Update: I have not received a call or an email from this company since my complaint. I called their customer service line again today and was told that “yeah they’re probably dead so when they arrive tomorrow get the recipient to take photos of them and lodge with our customer support”. Is this real? What the hell is going on?!!!
I ordered flowers to be delivered on 9 April. Paid $20 for delivery. Apparently 4 days to deliver fresh flowers. Customer service were disinterested and unhelpful. Please save yourself the stress and money and do not use this company. They should not be allowed to operate in Australia. When I received the shipment email from Aramex on 10
April their website said delivery would be on 14 April. Fresh flowers…4 days?!!! I was confused so I called your customer service number on 10 April. I was assured that my fresh flower order would be delivered by 9pm on 10 April. I asked why the Aramex website said the 14th and the operator said “oh their website takes a while to update”. When I called on Friday night then again on Saturday morning I was told by your customer service that there was a delay in transit. The Aramex website has always stated that they would be delivered on the 14th. Therefore I feel mislead by your company and the fresh sympathy flowers were only ever going to be delivered on the 14th but you blame the carrier for a “delay in transit” when by 9pm on April 10 was never the true ETA. I have repeatedly requested for a refund. No one answered my 2 emails sent to your customer support email address and I was cut off by your customer service line twice. Then finally on the last call i requested to speak to a manager but there wasn’t one available, I requested for them to call me but they didn’t know when. It’s strange that you respond to this review but do not respond to your customer support email service. I wish I had read your company’s poor reviews prior. It would have saved me stress and frustration dealing with your company. NOTHING for the $131 I stupidly spent with your company. I do not want a store credit as I will never use your company again.

A bloomin' awful experience

I ordered flowers for my Mum's birthday.
These were delivered 3 days late, having sat 3 days in the delivery van. When asked about the delay the driver simply said "I don't work on Fridays" with no apology.

This is appalling service — not only was the birthday delivery missed, the flowers arrived in a shabby state, and I've had no reply from their "wecare" support email address regarding the matter.

Bad condition, misleading product photos, no customer service

The condition of the arrangement was very poor.

There were numerous loose rose petals in the box, and even the slightest touch caused more petals to fall away. This suggests the flowers were not fresh at the time of delivery.

Additionally, the arrangement is quite disappointing compared to the product shown on the website. It appears sparse, with only two small fern fronds used to fill out the bouquet, resulting in a lacklustre presentation.

Overall, this has been a very poor experience, particularly given the occasion.

Muiltiple Attempts to contact customer service have failed.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I called ahead to confirm same‑day delivery for an important occasion and was told it was absolutely possible. I paid over the phone — nearly $200 — trusting that the order would arrive that day.

Instead, I received an email afterwards saying the address was “outside their delivery area” and the hamper was delivered four days late, completely missing the occasion they were meant for.

For the inconvenience, I was only offered a 1 extra items in the parcel and a $20 voucher, which doesn’t come close to making up for the delay or the lack of communication.

This was a time‑sensitive order, and the service fell well below expectations. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Received mould ridden flowers after 13 days, straight to bin

My wife ordered flowers from this scam/fraudulent business on 31 March. What followed was three fake delivery reports, each time with different details (clearly to trick people who don't live in close proximity/contact to the recipient). After repeated attempts to contact Bloomex to get a refund or work this out professionally - the company flat out ignored us (and still is).

Eventually after 13 days (not including the day of the order, so 14 days later), we received photos of arrived flowers [not sure I can call them that?]. What was received could make someone with illness gravely sick, it was mould ridden and long dead. This is the absolute worst experience for flowers ever. And the call centre & emails flat out deny anything is wrong - no care in the world.

If you want to send flowers to someone who has had a loved one die, and for the flowers to look just like the person who died -- then go with this company. I can not describe how bad they were; and Bloomex should be ashamed. Instead of making this right, they will blatantly shrug you off - without a care. I already reported them to scamwatch, my bank and am telling everyone I know so others do not fall into this trap. Will next be writing to A Current Affair, as just wow...

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Bloomex.

They failed to deliver my order and then had the audacity to claim they “attempted delivery.” I have a ring camera and no one ever showed up. Just a flat out lie.

Trying to get a refund has been even worse. its been nearly 2 weeks and I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of copy paste emails saying “we’re sorry” with zero actual action taken.
No resolution, no accountability, just the same empty awful response numerous times a day.
At this point, it feels like they’re deliberately dragging things out to avoid refunding customers.

Completely unreliable service, dishonest communication, and shockingly poor customer support. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company.

DISGUSTED with the poor Quality and Service

Absolutely DISGUSTED with the service & quality of Bloomex Australia. They no longer reply to my emails and there is no phone number to talk to management. Initially we ordered flowers worth $105.95. After the delivery date (which were a no show), I received an email informing us, they could not deliver to the rural address (1hr west of Cairns?). They offered a $10 online voucher and to replace the flower order with a "Quality Hamper" basket to be delivered instead. We were to choose a replacement of similar value on their website. We chose a similar priced hamper (that included the $10 voucher that totaled $118.95). When it was eventually delivered to my daughter at her workplace 2 weeks later, we were shocked at the poor "quality" of the basket and the items. I researched the prices of all the major grocery shops and chose the most expensive price at the time for each item... Total cost of food items came to a total of $34. The moldy basket (clearly from a $2 shop) wasn't even fully painted.
Unfortunately, this site doesn't allow me to upload photos. And it won't let me give a ZERO star rating. Our personal experience.... AVOID BLOOMEX Australia.

Don’t trust what you see on websites

I ordered for my mother’s 80 birthday flowers teddy bear and box of chocolates she received it 7 days later and nothing how they advertised and what I paid for over $160
The next day all flowers welted and looked miserable. 😞 this is not first time that I have unpleasant experience with them.
On my first email they were apologising and promised to upgrade my order to premium order and make my mother very happy.
Not only that they mislead and falsely advertised but quality and content was compromised what I paid for.The fallowing day all flowers were wilted. !!!
Fresh flowers!??? Not even curtesy to reply on my today’s email.
Very unhappy and disappointed customer.

The flowers arrived 2 weeks late and dead as a door nail!
Bloomex wouldn't take my chats after telling me the flowers HAD been delivered, when they clearly hadn't been and their delivery company Amarex said they would get 'Proof of Delivery' to me within 2 days and I never heard from them again.
Low and behold the flowers were finally delivered 2 WEEKS LATE and dead. I wish I could post a photo of them on here so you could see how bad they were. I cannot believe they had the gall to deliver dead flowers!

Australia's Worst Florist

I ordered flowers for my Mum's birthday which she never received, on asking for a refund I was only offered a store credit. So I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday which she did receive minus the treats that were part of the Birthday combo ,and the flowers that arrived for an indulgence bunch I was disgusted with,$149.95 I could of got a nicer bunch at my local supermarket for a lot less. This company just can't get it right.

My daughter ordered the flowers for Easter. They arrived today. They sent a message yesterday that they forgot to about Easter for deliveries. A florist forgetting Easter.
they said they would upgrade flowers. I got a packet of Oreo. What we did get were Oreo a box full of ants a jar that was too small for anything and a bunch of flowers in a dried up oasis. Thanks Bloomex

disappointment with the recent order

Firstly, I was informed that the flowers would be upgraded; however, the bouquet delivered did not reflect this and appeared below expectations in terms of quality and presentation.

Secondly, I had specifically ordered chocolates, but instead, biscuits were delivered. This is a significant error and not what was requested.

Lastly, the birthday message I provided was altered. The delivered message contained question marks that I did not include, which affected the overall presentation of the gift.

Avoid this company.

They advertised a specific product with a promised delivery date, but only after I placed the order did they inform me they couldn’t supply the product or meet the agreed timeline.

I contacted customer support immediately and made it clear that the substitute product and revised delivery date were not acceptable. I was assured at the time that a full refund would be issued.

Instead, I’ve now been given store credit—something I neither requested nor agreed to.

At this point, I consider the charge unauthorised. Their customer service is unresponsive. I'll be reporting their practices as fraudulent. If you value your time and money, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Worst online order experience ever. They never delivered the flower bouquet and didn't email me a "delivered" message. However, when I checked the order details, they had updated it to 'delivered." They also failed to respond to my complaint. I regret not checking their reviews before placing the order.

Placed and paid for a order for my neices 21st, the day before, when no delivery called customer service to be told that they placed order with another florist and deliveries go until 7pm, no email or communication, me contacting them, next day no delivery they inform me the delivery will be 7 days away 🤢 So now im still demanding a refund getting the run around a week later

DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY
This company were fined by the Federal Court 1 million dollars for the dishonesty and dealing. I ordered flowers for my mums 90th birthday, they were not delivered in the day when I called they hadn’t left , I was told , doesn’t matter it’s only 1 day late. I cancelled the order, they still proceeded 4.5 hours after cancellation and lied their way through for the following week. I was bullied via email, denied a refund . I have reported to the Victorian Government now via Consumer Affairs who have all the relating emails . I also advised Afterpay in the hope the cut them off as a merchant . I will send and email to AFCA this week and ask why are still able to trade after a federal court ruling .
BE WARNED - Don’t shop with these scammers . Trustpilot doesn’t allow me to post a link , so google it and you will see for yourself

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I placed an order where I requested next day delivery which was accepted and my payment processed. Next day I checked and late that evening no flowers delivered. I contacted customer service and was informed delivery wouldn’t be till the next week !!!! No one from Bloomex called to tell me no delivery it was only discovered when I called them. Totally unacceptable. Customer service was hopeless and didn’t care. I requested an immediate refund and was told 7-10 days. Take note do not use these people !!!
