I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the flowers I recently received from your service( interflora Darwin.
The bouquet delivered was far below the standard I expected and did not at all resemble the order I placed.
The flowers appeared lifeless and wilted, resembling dead plants rather than fresh blooms. Additionally, several flowers were so fragile that they fell over upon arrival, which is completely unacceptable. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, as I was expecting a fresh and vibrant arrangement in line with what was advertised and ordered.

Ordered a spray of white roses and lilies from Australia to UK, for funeral of a loved one. Instead of a spray arrangement the flowers were delivered in a cardbord vase, like the ones are sold in supermarkets. and the charge was 5 times more. Upon seeing the photo, I burst into tears with disappointment. Their excuse is that because it was addressed to residential address, in a foamed cardbord box would last longer. It was not upto their decision and they should have delivered what was ordered. The flower was intended to be taken to the church the next day that was the day of funeral by our nephew.

Our experience with Interflora was great. Navigating their website was very easy, there was a great selection of flowers to chose from, and placing the order was also easy to do. It would be great if Interflora provided information on when our order was delivered, as other delivery companies do, including Australia Post, Amazon etc.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Interflora.
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday in France through Interflora's international delivery service. The order was placed well in advance of her birthday on 16 June, and payment was made in full. As this was my daughter's first birthday away from home, I wanted to make the occasion special by sending her flowers.
When placing the order, I provided my daughter's Australian mobile number as requested. She was house-sitting in France and was at the delivery address all day on 16 June. Despite this, the flowers were not delivered.
At 5pm on her birthday, I received a message from Interflora asking for her mobile number. I immediately responded and also provided her new UK mobile number. However, this is a delivery service and Interflora already had the full delivery address. My daughter was at the property all day, so there was no reason the delivery could not have been completed.
I then received an apology from Interflora on 18 June. By that point, her birthday had passed and the flowers had still not arrived. I requested a refund, but I have yet to receive any response.
I chose Interflora because I believed they were a reputable company with the experience and network to handle international deliveries professionally. Instead, the delivery was missed on an important occasion, communication was poor, and my refund request has been ignored.
This experience turned what should have been a special birthday surprise into a very disappointing situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Interflora's international delivery service.

While the flowers were a lovely comfort to the recipient after her husband's deathh, a second set were then delivered by the same florist. The next day, they then called the recipient (grieving widow) and demanded the second set back. This was their error, and troubling a grieving family for their mistake was not classy and really detracted from the comfort this was meant to offer. (Order number #26-0057946)

The flowers i ordered are nothing like i thought they would be. Much smaller than the picture and missing some of the lighter green flowers. Even if those were out of stock they could have filled with more white ones. Very disappointing.

The congratulatory flowers I ordered for my daughter in law were delivered same day. They were bright and cheerful and I liked the typed card.

Paid for delivery on Mother's day but they delivered 2 days earlier than Mother's Day without any warning or advice this would happen. Then they give guff that they make every effort to deliver on correct time. Rubbish! no apology, no customer service, bad luck! Will never use them again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered 6 days in advance of placing the order. I placed the order over the phone so they have no excuse. The morning of the supposed delivery I received an email stating that unfortunately they have no local florists in that area and therefore cannot make the delivery and my money will be refunded within 1-2 days. They had virtually a weeks' notice of the delivery date and yet they notified me that morning with no time to arrange anything else. Absolutely disgusting, will NEVER deal with them again

Your email to me stated that the delivery address was outside of city limits and you do not have a florist that services this area. Surely you have some kind of data base that allows you to know your service areas. I placed the order by phone to a real person. This is just not good enough. And to think that everything is fine because you said sorry for the inconvenience, here’s your money back, is absolutely disgusting and shows a definite lack of any care factor what so ever.
You need to look into the systems you have in place so things like this don’t happen.
Not sure what you specifically want to speak about, you cannot change the outcome of your poor service or attitude but the order number attached to the email is 26-0044722#589395340
