Insignis has been a game changer for us as a charity. It is by far most straightforward way to invest reserves and get them working for the good of the charity. What's more, the customer service is brilliant - you phone, you are quickly connected with one of the team and their advice is always spot on. The online platform itself is so easy to use and provides all the information you need to keep track of every investment. We can't recommend it highly enough!
Incredible Customer Service
The customer service at Insignis is honestly the best I have ever experienced. I had a very stressful issue connected to a property purchase recently and rang to ask for help accessing my money quicker than expected. Both the women I spoke to were polite, kind, understanding and beyond helpful. They went above and beyond to help me and even rang me back to let me know as soon as they had. They are genuinely kind and willing to help which is honestly so unusual these days. It was such a comfort to get through to a real person at a UK call centre within minutes and receive such personal service. They are literally the opposite of 'computer says no', which was a huge relief during a very stressful time. I can't thank them, or recommend them, highly enough. Thank you so much to both the ladies I spoke to. Also, the platform is great and really easy to manage :)

We have recently started using Insignis with our clients and have had a very good experience with both the portal and support services. Onboarding is seamless and quick to complete with clients which is always a benefit.

The portal is easy to use, our BDM Sam is great at responding and jumping on calls with us and clients. The rates and communication is good as well. Overall its been a win for us and our clients.

We have been recommending Insignis to our clients for over a year now with no complaints at all.
It is easy to set up the account on behalf of our clients and communication with the team at Insignis is clear and friendly. The concept of building a portfolio of savings accounts at market leading rates without having to move funds in and out of different institutions is great.
Fabulous idea in principle BUT....
Fabulous idea in principle but the reality is a a very clunky service and painfully slow action times.
Eg: withdrew a large amount of cash from one of my instant access accts with them, there is no record of it on their platform, other than my my gross total includes the amount. Its somewhere in the either. Not good enough.
My advice: take note of these TP reviews, and check out the competion which score a lot higher than Insignis, for which there is a good reason.
48hrs and still no confirmation of receiving funds!
Recommended by my financial advisor, their admin and communication is terrible, I transferred funds that left my bank and 48 hrs later I have NO notice of funds arriving at Insignis, so as it stands with no email response from Insignis I have no idea where my funds are... In this time of frauds that is a very uncomfortable feeling!
A worryingly low level of audit trails & reconciliations
A good idea in principle, let down by clunky processes and lack of automation/integration.
I've withdrawn all my money from them as I've lost faith in the integrity of their business. It's very difficult to reconcile movement across accounts and their reports are inaccurate, which makes it even harder.
I found an error in one of their reports and queried it with them. They apologised and got the report changed. What worries me about this is a lack of control in the first place, and lax processes.
It appears as if there's a lot of manual back office work to keep things in order. One wonders how easy it might be for things to get badly out of control, or for someone to manipulate accounts for personal gain?

Not impressed at all
Not impressed at all. We invested over £600,000 of my late mother's money. After she died, several of her investments matured and were held in the hub account, earning no interest. Also, the FSC guarantee was no longer valid as all the money was being held by Insignis! I complained and finally they offered a solution. Of all the investments requiring grant of probate, Insignis were 2 weeks later before releasing funds. Now they sat it will take until 10 June to close the account. Avoid them if possible!

Great concept but with several flaws in my experience.
It's a great concept and in the main works OK, however there seems to be a sizeable lag between when interest is due and when it shows in your account. It also takes days (rather than minutes as with other platforms) for a new account to be credited with funds or for an account closure to be fully processed. My guess is there is a lot of manual work going on in the background and it's not a fully integrated platform with their partner banks. I've also had several issues with missing or late interest payments and also Insigniscash taking ad hoc fees which were incorrect. I am sticking with them for the time being but they need to get their act together IMHO.

As the others say. Simple. Unfortunately it's also stupid.
The interest rate you see at the top of your portfolio is unlikely to be anything like the return you will actually receive.
The charges can cancel out any interest you receive. Wonder what the charges are? Read the docs and talk to support. Good luck.
Switching in and out of products will cause you a hit and with rates on products dropping constantly be prepared to forgo the interest and pay more charges.
They're also very slow to release funds making it quiet useless at times.
Really you should look at your options with a lawyer and financial advisor to not need to leave your funds here.

It seems so strange to me that money…
It seems so strange to me that money doesn't arrive on the platform in a timely manner, drop down menus log you out requiring a re-log in, you can't actually move around the platform because of this and there is no support option in the portal. We are in 2024 folks.
I'm very reluctant to put my money up there.
Platform seems to be non functioning.
