Very good.
Very easy to set up an account, clear layout of different savings accounts to choose from.
At the start, when completing the application form online, it would be helpful if the “source of funds” box did not require you to select only one source. Our funds were from a mixture of at least 4 sources on the drop-down menu, and it was not possible to select just one so I ended up emailing the information instead.

STEALS YOUR INTEREST!
Withdrawals from Flagstone used to happen instantly. Now they hold on to your money - paying you not a penny of interest - for up to 4 days if you withdraw on a Friday/over a weekend or bank holiday - claiming that it’s because of ‘security’ - Such a scam. Time to withdraw as they’ve clearly become as scheming and dodgy as the likes of Hargreaves Landsdown.

Withdrawals from the Holding Account are processed in line with our terms and conditions, which set an expected timeframe of the next business day. This has always been our standard processing timeframe.
While some transactions may have been completed sooner in the past, this was not a guaranteed service.
As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure platform and protecting our clients, we now apply this standard timeframe consistently across all withdrawals as part of our enhanced security and fraud prevention measures.

Drew should have 5 stars but l’m now unsure if Flagstone is right for me.
Drew has each time responded to me promptly. When l mentioned my concern he held his hands up - that really impressed me.
Given the reviews l don’t understand why that there are not given requests, sent immediately. Such as on the date that one applies, the response is: proof of funds please. I happily would have forwarded the details as SOON as l received that - but l didn’t, why not Flagstones?
I like one’s ability to independently operate on Flagstones. Maybe my name is not recognised, but l do have the money to invest. Consider me the slow learning sister of a Bogle-head who has come into her inheritance.

I do wish I had started sooner
I've have been using this platform for less than a year and I do wish I had started sooner. It's so much better than a mix of standard banks and Building Societies. I have had good service all round today. I needed to change my email address as I'm change internet providers, one email to client services they sent back when would be convent for them to call me for security questions, I gave Jonas of client services a time he phoned back. I answered his questions; within 2 minutes I got an email to the new email that it was all done. A 5-star service.

I would have given 5 stars until recent changes in security procedures have added 1-2 days delay to cash withdrawals.

We understand how important quick access to funds is, and we’re sorry for any frustration the withdrawal timelines may have caused. We’d like to offer a little clarity on how processing works on the platform.
Withdrawals from instant access savings accounts can take up to two working days to complete. As Flagstone isn’t a bank, we work closely with our partner banks and their processing schedules to ensure funds are returned securely.
Withdrawals from the Holding Account are processed on the next business day, in line with our terms and conditions.
While we have always had a standard processing timeframe of next working day, we have recently strengthened these measures as part of our security improvements and fraud prevention. As a result, withdrawals now will take up the full standard timeframe of next working day, whereas they were previously processed more quickly in some cases.
Your comments have been shared internally as part of this ongoing work.
