Return process is a nightmare, cust service even worse
I have many high-end sunglasses, mainly from DITA or Chrome Hearts, but I decided to add Akoni brand to my collection. Bought a pair for $840, arrived fast, nicely packaged, and everything, but a different model, took pictures and emailed Customer support the same day, haven't heard from them for almost a week, got a response to provide more information, pictures etc. did all as requested, no news for another 5-6 days, finally they asked me to ship it back, but I am responsible for shipping charges, I said that I won't be paying $40-50 for their mess up, they were reassuring me that their third party DC shipped the right ones, like I do not know what I got, I just literally got tired of dealing with them and waiting for a week for them to get back to me, so I just gave the glasses to my wife as they fit her okay. But their customer service, return process, and response time are absolutely terrible, won't be buying from them EVER again, just go with the legit brands like DITA or CH instead.
