Infinity, from the first contact were polite, helpful and professional. We felt confidence as the customer, as they answered our queries promptly, we had a programme for installation, which took 1 day to install scaffolding and two days to install and connect the solar panels. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgable. We are happy that we chose Infinity and are now waiting for some blue skies and sunshine.🌞

The Service recieved was exceptional, especially the administration and communication. Generally an all round good experience, which makes a change in this day and age.

After looking into many solar companies I came across infinite energy on Instagram. This company stood out to me in terms of their approach and their ability to engage with a customer. Mark came to my house to spend time with me and go through all the system and how it worked and the benefits that I would get. Mark explained it really straightforward for me and then we made the decision to progress and get a date booked in the guys turned up to put the scaffolding up as agreed and then a couple of days later Mark and the team with Tom turned up on site did a fantastic job. Absolutely they worked flat out all day. It was freezing cold And I just can’t give anything, but praise to be honest once the system was in really neat neat tidy job of it. They went through it with me in great detail. They then checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was OK and to be honest I probably have spoken to them once a week since then and I’m now just looking forward to the sun coming out getting some real good days selling it back to the grid but the positives are this company They were totally committed from start to finish excellent communication and I cant fault them in anyway whatsoever.

Very pleased with Infinity's service. The installation team were very efficient and very patient in explaining how the app worked. The whole installation continues to work well.

I had excellent interaction with Kathryn and Andy the designer from the off. The on site survey was much more thorough than others, checking loft spaces and cable runs, and the fact that they provide 5 years workmanship warranty is an added comfort along with excellent ratings and being a premium Tesla installer. Everything went smoothly up until install and then unfortunately we came up against roof tiles that the roofers had never seen before and whilst I appreciate hard to know until actual out
Onsite and installing, having provided a tile to the surveyor to take pictures of, should have been shared with roofers in advance.

The team were great, from Phil and the other roofers - Pav, Kieran and Steve through to the electricians Greg and Steve who commissioned. Amanda the Solar Manager dealt with the challenges and obstacles we came across, like poor
Phil injuring his knee on another job, but we got there, thank you all, just need some sunshine ☀️

On the 27th September 2024 I received a competitive quote for the install of a second Powerwall 2 and Gateway 2 from Infinity.
On the 3rd of October I received a visit from their surveyor who was professional polite and informative. Following this visit the quotation was agreed to by both parties, a 10% deposit was paid and an install date confirmed for the 14th of November 2024.
The install team were again professional polite, informative and tidy.
Unfortunately they were unable to successfully fully commission the Powerwall which by the time they left was only in Standby mode and I was informed that the management team would be informed.
I subsequently emailed the team the following day to enquire if this had been done with a couple of further queries.
I received an email response 3 days later asking for photos of the install and that the Powerwall may take 7 days to fully commission but no response to anything further.
Following the 7 day period on the 22nd November I enquired whether there were any further updates.
The response simply read that 'they could not see my system remotely'.
I once again asked for an update on the 28th of November to be told they were "contacting Tesla for me".
I then had no further response from anyone from Infinity untill I was copied in on an internal email from their finance dept to their solar service manager asking for an update on preceedings because of the timescale that had now lapsed.
I have had no one ask if the system was up and running, I have no one visit to check the install and I have had no apology or explanation for the poor after care service.
I have been left to search forums and contact Tesla myself to solve the issue.
I nevertheless have decided to leave a rating of 3 stars purely because the quotation, survey and initial install team were excellent but it must be said that the extremely poor follow up service I would rate at best 1 star.

From the start to the finish of the job every department were efficient polite employees who carried out their duties very well and diligently

I would not hesitate in recommending them for any job

We had an Air Source Heat Pump installed by Infinity Energy and would have no hesitation recommending them. From survey through planning, technical installation and commissioning they have been outstanding. Dan and Lewis who completed our installation were exceptional. They were thoroughly professional, clearly explained what they were doing and patiently answered all of our questions. They are a credit to Infinity Energy!

They were only company that guaranteed and did take down my solar panels for work on the roof. They fitted a battery, inverter, and solar hot water system and been helpful when problems occurred due to change of my ruter. They were reliable , tidy , friendly and soon sorted me out as I am 70 and live on my own. I would recommend them for all your solar needs.

Initially seemed very engaged - requested a quote for solar and AC after seeing lots of positive reviews and awards they had won and being a certified Tesla installer.

After an initial quote for both and discussing my options, they agreed to call back once they had checked whether they would be able to provide any movement in price given the combined installation - a reasonable request for a very large installation.

Unfortunately after trying to follow this up myself on 3 occasions, they have returned none of my communications. After going through a number of solar companies for quotations, Infinity Energy were certainly the most disappointing.

My partner who lives in Newport in Essex had solar panels installed on 31-07-24. The two installers turned arrived around 09:45 from their Portsmouth office and commenced installing. The young lad had very good interpersonal skills, professional, was very helpful, especially when we requested he remove an old ariel, and a grafter. The older installer, his name begins with D, was hard work, appeared reluctant to engage in providing information, had a superior attitude and rushed the system overview at the end of the install so that my partner and I struggled to understand the basic system functions etc. To top it off he actually insulted me before he left! Definitely a prime candidate for training in inter personal skills and customer interfacing techniques! Other than that, and subject to the power generation and cost savings being proven, the install went well.

Our system worked perfectly until the sun came out. Hopeful that this will be resolved within a reasonable time frame.

Good communication regarding questions about the product , very neat installation and installation team polite and explained all, so far very pleased with product just wish Sun would come out because when it does can virtually run grid free.

Not so good
Scaffolding team although they were polite worked well on the days they were here, let down with times they were attending had to chase to get it removed this is one area which could be improved and get a 5 star review.

Not had my DNO form yet and will update once received.

I would however recommend infinity and have done to others.

Just completed our 2nd installation with Infinity Energy Services. This time an Air Source Heat Pump and radiators throughout. The work was finished to a very high standard nearly 4 days earlier than schedule. Joe, Ethan, Dylan, Lewis, Tom and of course Dave couldn't have been more considerate or accommodating of our wishes. Problem solving on the spot. Checking with me when unsure. Motivated, professional and diligent. Always cleared up at the end of each day. It is obvious that the company management, culture and work ethics are healthy and encouraging. Please thank everyone for me.

I recently had a Multi Split Bosch Air Conditioning system installed by Infinity Energy Southampton and I’m very happy with the result. The fitters Scott and Ervin were very professional and the installation was completed to a very high standard. They also explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I have used Infinity Energy before to install Solar Panels and Battery the high standard of workmanship then was maintained in this time.

Our Solar System, Panels, Inverter and Battery are now feeding into grid. This has been confirmed by our utility company. There was a delay to this, as our utility company was taken over during the process. Any delay was not due to Infinity, or Solar Together who have been very helpful.

Our system was fitted in mid December 2023 and to be frank, sunshine has been limited since. However we have been pleased with Infinity who have done everything they said they would do, installing it punctually and time. Our system was under the umberella of Solar Together. We would never have committed without the reassurance and peace of mind given by Solar Together and the utter professionalism, competance and courtesy of Infinity. All the staff team from Surveyor to Electricians, Roofer and Finance team. Polite and friendly, reassuring and with a sincerity.

Everything went like clockwork. Survey done at time and date as informed. Installation started and finished to the hour given. Electricians, roofer were all clean, neat, respectful and tidy in their work and interactions. They took great care with the roof, and working inside the loft leaving no mess.

Square Scaffolding Newport. Arrived on date and time arranged to put up scaffolding. Very polite and careful. It was taken down on date and time specified. Infinity managed this and dealt with everything to our complete satisfaction. They apologised for having to walk on grass as it was very wet and muddy. However it soon repaired and has recently been cut. You would never know it was disturbed

Finally our system is feeding in and the sun is shining. When we do get sunshine. Our system delivers what it was claimed it would do. Three months on we have no hesitation in saying that Infinity, Square Scaffolding and Solar Together. Did what they said they would do. It was all done with no fuss and without any bother. Thank you all, we won't mention names as we close as the list would be like an awards thank you list. All members of the teams are worthy of a mention, but remain unamed, though they know who they are and we appreciate all their efforts. We would recommend that if you want solar. Give Infinity, Solar Together the opportunity to assist you with your planning and project/system installation. Though a bit daunting at first we found we were in good hands.

The installation team was very knowledgeable and reassuring about any of my concerns. They took time to show me every aspect of the system in a very professional manner. Following the switch on, I was amazed how many watts I was producing in winter, even on cloudy days! Very pleased all round.

Very efficient company to work with. Very pleasant to talk to and they spent a lot of time configuring the system we wanted which was not straightforward as we were replacing some original FiT scheme panels with new ones as well as adding extra panels and a battery. They designed 4 different systems before we came to one that we wanted.
Everything turned up on time and fitted according to the schedule. The panel fitters and electrician were very polite, hard working and cheerful, getting on with the job in some fairly challenging weather conditions.

The whole process was straight forward and efficient.
A representative came out, measured up, discussed the options, went away and we had a quote within days.
They were flexible as to when the installation could take place.
The installation team were professional, polite and efficient.
Overall a very good experience.
