Their service sucks - I had placed an order for a book on 15 October - to be delivered by 31 October. Did not receive any response from the till 11 November (and this is also when I chased them for my order). They called me to say that the product is damaged (ONLY a single page is torn is what they say). I asked them to cancel the order and initiate the refund. The order was cancelled only on 18 November and when I called them on 20 November they mention that they are still processing and it will take 7 - 10 working days to refund my money. So overall, they take the customers money, do not deliver any product and then refund the money at the end of 45 days. Plus the customer service person Makduma says, that I did not cancel the order on 11 November but had asked them to check for replacement which is why they took so long to cancel the order. When I asked them to make me hear the recording of my conversation on 11 Nov she immediately withdrew saying we cannot do that. Pathethic service.

Ordered a product on the 30th of October; the website said it ship the same day. It's 8th November now and no shipment yet. Called their customer service (awful) 4 plus times and they keep on saying 2-3 more days. Apparently cancellation also takes 7-21 days. I have bought tons of items online before, but never had this awful experience shopping. And it's fairly expensive product, so can't just let go.

I am feeling CHEATED as Infibeam has done FRAUD with me! It is not about 500 odd rupees but about trust that has been lost now! You people have reset my shipping dates without my permission and even failed to meet that once again!! It's ridiculous and unacceptable!!

This is the worst online shop. They will never ship the item and keep you waiting and waiting. I regularly buy things from amazon, ebay, snapdeal and many others. Please never buy from infibeam.com. If you dont believe me, order something and see for yourself. I dont know how apple made them authorised dealer.

I bought karbonn phone for around 5000 rs and it caught fire during charging. When i returned the priduct they didnot refund the money to my bank account and i had to buy stupidest products from their site. Eveb worse is the look and feel of the site. The products are shown so small like a miniature and no details are provided about the product. The customer care is aleays under maintenance. My suggestion for them would be to shut down their company. See websites like muntra jabong snapdeal and flipkart abd learn from them. Bogis website bogud products no discounts bogud customet care.

I ordered 2 books on 18th of October from Bangalore. It was shipped on 20th from Mumbai and the latest tracking information is of 20th itself. They do not reply to mails. Their call center number is always busy (waiting list 25 to 28). Today is 30th and I have no information of the products. There is no option of even cancelling it. I do online shopping from many websites but the experience has never been this bad!

Very bad experience with Infibeam services:
1. You have to wait for 20-25 minutes to get to a Customer care executive. It cost a lot on mobile
2. They don’t reply to customer mails. Only auto generated mails are sent we will contact you.
3. They don't track any package if it not delivered on time. I was not able to see any update from last 5 days for my package.
4. I called them 3-4 times to get the status, mailed 3-4 time to get status to avoid long waiting queue but no response on mail. Only once I got a call when I was very angry to know the status.
5. When I asked for escalation contact I was said I am the senior executive and we have taken your complain.
6. My order was placed on 16th Oct and today is 28th Oct day end. I came to know it is misrouted from there logistic partners but they don’t know anything about this, they don’t even had an plan also for follow-up. They have sold the product and received the money there work is done.
7. One more thing they don’t even had complete information of the product. I asked Installation is free or charged or warranty by manufacturer or seller. I was not given satisfied answer.
Worst service I have seen by any ecom sites. I will not recommend buying from Infibeam.

Infibeam sent an advertisement in my email regarding a set of 7 watches. Same day placed order vide order number 13724910. Dispatch date mentioned was 16 October. Now the status is that they are not sure when the vendor will dispatch and may reach me by 25th October or 27th October. They are promoting as diwali gifts and whats the point in receiving it after Diwali. Calling call centre which never reverts emails or call back.Only if you scream or shout at them they choose to reply. Typical banya kind of attitude. After speaking to a rude senior manager, still dont know the fate of delivery.
I guess they are only busy selling iphones6 as they are the sole online partner. Really surprised as to why Apple chose them. There are much better E-Commerce sites who can handle this with dignity

Donot buy anything from infibeam. They just cheat and play with customers. I have very Bad experience with inbfibeam.
Customer response is very poor and never bother about the customer complain. They use to deliver defective product and if customer claim for refund then after start the tragedy like hell.

Infibeam Delivered defective product. Then after i claimed for replace/refund. They took next 15 days (12-aug-14 ) to collect the defective product. and said that after check the product it will be replace/refund to you. so i keep waiting for next 15 day but i didnot get any update, so i called to customer care (which is really like hell service) for update and i got update that ptoduct is not yet received to proper warehouse it is still @ your location warehouse and after 2 days it will be received to delhi warehouse then the shopper will check and update you. so please wait for another 2 days. so i though just a mistake happen by warehouse guys. so till than it was ok.
after that i called more than 10+ time each time they just gone with different excuses and ask for 2 more days which is still not over. its already been 70+ days. and till now (8th Oct 14) i keep waiting for the refund/replace.

i have ordered on infibeam many times and have learned that this sight is great . every time i have got the product in 2 or 3 days . i can asure u that in terms of delivery and all other things its the best after Flipkart and maybe amzon . so u can trust on its delivery . but i have ordered only gaming accessories from infibeam .

Highly Unprofessional!! Will never recommend anyone to shop from this web portal.......Shoppers beware!!

I have ordered one product ,after 1 month if i call back i got that from safe express serivice . I opened that that is damaged product totally disspointed called to infibeam what should i do? , please return product after 2 weeks they have again called me for pickup details . After I returned to courier guy , i have called 2 days of returned product.Then they said still product is not received we need some time , till today they are giving same reply .

I have ordered Puma Aron Shoes, black, 8 on Aug 14. It said latest shipment by 20 Aug. Till today no news/no email/no sms. Customer service has no answers and just give excuses.

The reason I shopped in infibeam was on the hope that their customer service would stand behind you. I should have read their reviews before buying. I ordered an acer desktop which was listed as new, on arrival the acer labelled cardboard box that it arrived in had all its seals broken. But i thought to myself, ok maybe they opened the box to verify the contents and so gave them the benefit of doubt. But to my horror on examining the metal cabinet of the desktop , I realized that the cabinet had been opened and shod-illy fitted back. I had paid by credit card and so did not get a chance to examine the contents before paying, otherwise I would have sent it right back.

So I have essentially got a USED and REPAIRED computer, when it should have been brand new.

Now what makes things worse, is the customer service of infibeam. I contact them and they first insist that the package the computer arrived in was damaged, so straight up they were trying to pass on the buck to the courier company. I had to make 2 calls to their customer service to drill it into their heads that the package arrived without any damage and that it was no fault of the courier company.

So now they pretend to be concerned tell me to send them multiple pictures of the cabinet as well as the box and that they would have my issue resolved. I had to email them 3 times with pictures before they could actually find my email. They said they would get back with me in a few days, its been 6 weeks and I have not heard from the, I continue to email their customer service but they choose to ignore me.

If I would have to do it again I would not touch them with a 10 feet pole. I say RUN away from them, even if you find their price lower, you might just get a USED and REPAIRED unit. I am not the kind of person to write reviews, but I am writing this now, because Infibeam has frustrated me so much and has essentially CHEATED me here that I thought I should at least warm other people.

I have had much better luck with Flipkart only caution while shopping from flipkart is to buy it from the seller WS Retal, which is Flipkart's own fulfilment division. I am in no way associated with flipkart, but their transactions have always left a smile on my face.

My sister had ordered a rakhi gift for me but I've got the rakhi, dry fruits. But I haven't got the pack of 500gms chocolates. I just need to know where the hell Is my pack of chocolates. I've been shopping with flipkart since 3 years now & I've never faced such problem. Your company is so pathetic & why you guys don't have a toll free number. Everytime I call it charges me more & all the time it takes 10-15 minutes to get through the agent. When I check the status online it says delivered just ask your courier guy where the hell is my other courier & one thing I couldn't understand when we have placed the order at single time then why u guys have to deliver it in 3 parts. I've got rakhi in one courier & dry fruit in another. I just need my other pack of chocolates for which we have already paid. Most pathetic e commerce company I've ever seen in my life.

This is second time happened to me and probably I will be dragging them in court.
1. I ordered Rakhi on 4th which they say next day delivery but hasn't arrived yet. Same thing happened last year.
2. I ordered some other item as well but quality and quantity of goods I ordered was not the same as they mentioned on their website.

Family not getting Rakhi's on time second year is what making me to sue this company.

i booked canvas knight on 2nd of august midnight... as it's price was lower as compared to others... bt next day when i read the reviews i got shocked..nd thought i mde my life biggest mistake... so i called them nd enquired about my product shipment and delivery.. it shipped d product at the time they promised.. nd delived two days before the actualy delivery date.. thanks infi beam...i dont knw guys why you faced delivery problems... br i am more than satisfied.. hope so infi beam treat their all customers like me...

I have placed 3 orders with infibeam, unfortunate me. The order were placed on the same day and it has been almost 15 days since then & no updates.
One product is out of stock, for other two, shipping details are awaited.
Even with constant follow up and mails, they are not able to tell exact delivery time of any of them.
I have placed one oder on emi and I don`t know if they will refund emi charges when I cancel the order.

Sincere request to all of you, pls avoid this website under any circumstances. I shud have read all reviews before I placed the order.
Pls don`t do the same mistake I have done.
