I have purchased a power bank. It had scratches on it. I contacted them. told me to send pictures. Than they sent courier person to pick up after almost 10 days. Still its been one month, I have not received my refund. When I contact them, they are telling quality check passed, will contact me after one day. Still counting time, when they will call me and refund me my money. I have also emailed them about 4-5 times regarding getting update. But no answer. They are so cheap.

Not received the delivery of my ordered product, its been 1 month now. Would not recommend anyone to ever order form INFIBEAM, its a total waste of your time, money & energy. I have been following up with Infibeam customer service on mails/calls every single day(literally) but no output. There is no way of next level escalations as well. Hence never order from them

My order no is : 17566491, i give order on 25th dec 2015 and still i am waiting for my product.. when ever i am calling on customer care they said me they don't have product right now..
At a time of ordering they told me they will deliver the product in 21 days.

I really very much dissapointed with infibeam service and 100% not satisfied with first dealing i had with them. I wont suggest infibeam to anyone to purchase anything.

This is regarding the product Order Id 26999483,

i would like to discuss some issues happened with INFIBEAM customer care executives. I requested for Product Return as i received the order in manufacture defect, Its totally not working. Received faulty non working product. i received call from customer care executive on 18th december night 7pm.

They advised me to take the product to PHILIPS service centre and to inspect the product. I took the product Philips DSP470U to Philips service centre salem, they inspected and told me its manufacture defect and to be returned to infibeam as soon as possible. Immediately i called customer care and informed the same but again infibeam people are forced me to handover the product to Philips service center and ask for replacement. But service centre people told me it will take minimum 15 days to 1 month for replacement. but i am still confused as infibeam people are sending faulty product to me, then why should i approach Philips service centre for replacement. As i am very much strong in my position that NOW I DON'T WANT ANY REPLACEMENT I NEED MY MONEY BACK. REFUND ONLY I NEED.

I received the product on 16th December 2015 1 pm and as soon as i opened the product and found it is not working, i sent email regarding refund the same day. Me also a customer of FLIPKART and AMAZON too they normally pickup return packages from my door step within two days of complaining. But infibeam people are too lazy and no proper response from your side regarding product return. customer care people are delaying . Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I have placed 5 orders from this website on same day. I was unfortunate to not see the reviews before. All the orders were partially delivered or some going to be delivered after Rakhi with no value to it.

Contacting customer service useless. They don't have any answer for this.
I would never use this service again.
I learnt this wrong way and ruined my Rakhi this time.

After 3 days of placing the order (product view mentioned that it will ship in 2-3 days), I receive a call from an ARROGANT customer executive saying that they have sent a mail for other options as the product listing has changed. What kind of system is this?
Having placed order from Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, this was the poorest experience and shows how unorganized the backend system is at Infibeam

I ordered Bean Bag XXL with filled beans. I received my order after 14 days. At the time of delivery, courier boy denied to open (??). So after accepting the parcel, I opened it, I was shocked as just received Beans only and No Cover. I ordered XXL size bean bag (Which contains approx. 3 KGs of Beans) and in the order, I just received 1 Kg. Totally dissatisfied with the service... I think I will lost my money... Reply me what's going wrong

Hi, I would advise ppl to nt shop with infibeam to save their money time and sanity. I ordered 2 books a week back. They out of no where decided to revise the prices of the book after 3 days of my order placement and asked to pay revised prices,which was unfair. After all hullabaloo n explanation I still agreed hoping I would get my book. I gave called them over 15 times n this week jus to get a link to pay the diffrence amount, after all the circus I got a link tht would not except my order id to make payment. The representatives are not ready to do a COD either to deliver the book. After paying online thus is the stance they are not giving me my book or the money back... utterly inefficient, unethical and unprofessional customer service. Still regretting that I placed a order with you guys it ws the 1st and unboubetdly the last.

I bought an apple ipad on 9th June with Rs 3000 discount and with instant cashback emi option.

The total payable amount came around 48504.

During the check out they have collected the Interest amount on behalf of the bank which is Rs 3264 and the EMI amount they mentioned as Rs 4064 for 12 months.

Process
=========

1)I selected the 12 months EMI option from ICICI bank
2)Interest Amount was Rs3264
3)Monthly installment was Rs 4064
4)And I agree to pay the interest amount of Rs3264 with the Net payable of Rs 45504
5)In the Payment Gateway I paid Rs 48504 .

Problem in EMI is now. Bank is charging me more than that of the EMI mentioned in infibeam check out page. As per my ICIC statement it is showing the principle amount as Rs 3822.84 and Interest amount as Rs 507.85.

The total current EMI is coming to Rs 4330.69 which is too high as promised in the checkout page (Rs 4064).


Based on the infibeam website check out page i placed the order since the deal was good comparing other online retailier like Flipkart.

I was totally shocked by the Infibeam regarding there double standards followed by them. I raised my concern through email(which was useless). They took more than a month for the reply to email after multiple follows up.

Finally i got a call(18th July) from customer care stated that there is no mistake from the infibeam side.

They have pulled back their promo code worth Rs 3000 (During check out, with out my knowledge) and they sent the total amount value 48504 to the bank for EMI conversion.

My bank converted the amount with the EMI which is very high comparing what Infibeam mentioned in the check out page.

My Questions to infibeam

why you are advertising so fancily about your offers and they cheating the customer with your cheap tactics?

If you guys remove the promocode during the check out i woudnt have bought from infibeam and i may went to apple local retailer for by purchase.

This is completely cheating by Infibeam.com.

Please stay away from this cheap double standard and worst customer care service from Infibeam.com

I bought Mask 3026 sun glasses which turned out to be a poor quality one. My mistake is I assumed the site to be on par with other bigger names like Amazon, Lenskart etc. and over looked their time margin for come back with complaints bought from them. In Lenskart it was 2 weeks and with this site it is 72 hours. When I reached them for help they refused to help stating that the complaint should have launched with 72 hours. They even could not provide contact numbers of the vendor who sold the product on this site stating it as rule violation. I recommend not to use Infibeam.com as it doesn't care about customer experience at all and would not put any quality gates and rules for ensuring vendors sell only quality products from Infibeam. I am glad I only bought some thing that costs around Rs.300 on trial basis.

I order for a book for Rs 3603 on 7th April. But they sent a book with Blank papers. Moreover it is a pirated book. I asked for a refund. They have my money for more than 25 days. If 100 guys money kept in their account for null, then calculate their Cheated money amount.

They make us fools and make our co - people as fools.... Please please regulate E commerce. Else these cheaters will eat poor and innocent's hardworking money... Begging is better than their cheating.

Extremely hopeless company.. never bye anything. These INFIBEAM guys are useless, experienced, fake & unfaithful. i read many comments against them but still dare to order from them, which was my biggest mistake. i request you not to bye anything from them.
i have purchased symphoney cooler from website. after completing order i realized that model no/ name written in invoice is never produced by manufacturing company. It was duplicate product ... when i brought this to infibeam's notice they took 10 days to accept their mistake and agreed to deliver original product. After this they keept on giving me dates only and never shipped product. They were waiting for me to frustrate and cancel the order ..I Guess. after 21 days with continuous follow up & no.of calles finally i canceled my order. By this time half of the summer in maharastra was over. immediately i placed order for same product with snapdeal on sat. 11am & mon. 12 pm product was delivered to my place within 49 Hrs. and hardly Rs. 100 price difference.

I bought a VOX Mp3 player through Infibeam. They take 22 days to deliver the product. Actually i paid by my credit card and still the product is not working conditions. After i lodge the complaint and they forwarded to company and company took another 18 days to refund my money through Infibeam Wallet. Again by using the wallet money i purchased the power bank and again is not working and now its takes 1 month time to replace still is under process not cleared. So please dont buy any products from Infibeam,. You're screwing yourself by buying anything from infibeam. Dont waste your time and your money as well.

I bought a tab through Infibeam. Lateron came to know that it was a used product and repaired one. Then on query, they arranged a reverse pickup. After that absolutely no communication!!!. Later on my repeated calls and visit to their Gurgaon office, they said that the money will be returned. After that more than 1 month passed, but no money credited in my account. Stupid fellows are totally useless and does idiotic work. No vale given to any customers. I didn't received any call any time regarding the product. Whenever I made a call, I need to wait for min. 25 minutes that too to a land line no. Stupid s doesn't have a toll free no. as well. Now my money is with them for almost three months.... Request all customers not to buy anything on this site....

I got a very bad exprience with my first purchase with Infibeam. I was kept waiting for more than 2 weeks and the order was finally cancelled. Infibeam has no regret and customers loss.

For customer satisfaction they should offer coupons or some kind of appreciation. But they are just bothered about their business. I hate such service.

I Would never recomment Infibeam.

These idiots will make you fools you purchase this product here. They don't deliver your product, if you call them and ask the status, they will say "we have taken your request and process within 2 working days" after two working days if you call them and ask the status they will simply tell sorry and take the request the again..this will repeat again and again but you will never receive the product, in turn you will waste your time and phone balance for this cuplrit strategies.

I have ordered a product which is around Rs. 500, Imagine if you order for a bigger amount products in this website. This is not a fake review friends, I am writing this to aware people who do not fall into their pitfall like me..

After waiting for 15 days i have finally cancelled my order. I think it will again take 15 more days or 1 more month to cancel and refund my money back to my account...Praying God it will end soon!
