Resin printing not accurate despite 3x price
Same model printed in PETG and Resin. PETG was fine. Resin was not. Any two peices are designed to be slid together, the accuracy on the Resin was so low that the peices would not fit although the PETG was fine. However the Resin was 3x the price.

Hi Manuel, We are sorry to hear about this issue. However, in this order15464, you merged 4 same parts in one file to save your printing cost. As you see, metal 3D Printing needs support, removing the support has a risk of damaging some details. We sincerely hope both sides can have a clear understanding of this point. And make rational and correct judgments.
Of course, you are our customer, any comment from our customer is very important to us, we will increase our risk highlight procedure for such parts.
Meanwhile, please also keep in mind that don't connect similar parts in one file when metal printing though it can save your cost.

If anytime there is any potential printing issues they let me know where so I can fix it. One item came to me a little messed up, but they were kind enough to re-print another item and ship it to me and came back perfect! This was my 3rd item metal printed with them and will continue to do business with them!

Fantastic
Fantastic in every way. They were the cheapest company I found (roughly a quarter of the cost of doing the same job locally), and yet the customer service was great (picking up a few design flaws before build and letting me fix them), production and shipping were quick, and the end products are perfect (apart from my own design errors, of course).
Seriously, what more could I possibly ask for?
They're 100% going to be my go-to supplier for 3D printed aluminium parts in the future.

These prints are the best value I have ever recieved from a print service. I run a small 3D design studio that outsources only when the material requirements necessitate (we have FDM and SLA), and in3Dtec met our requirements perfectly, communicating thoroughly through some very technical requests. The team was very helpful and delivery was in time, the product was great. It was on the line of printable as it was very small but they managed to make it look decent. One circular item was slightly thicker in the middle as the printer layed on top of it but you cannot avoid that with 3D printing. But the servoce was top of the game, great company, fully recommend.

1 part was sent seperately, it came a bit later than the other 3 parts. When the first 3 parts came i thought there was a part that was lost in transit. Next time please inform if shipping is sent out in multiple parcels.
