The parts look great! Be prepared to grind some things down if you need a precise fit, but overall, I’m very happy. The customer service team was also very helpful, helping me refine my design to make sure it would print successfully as the initial design was optimized for a resin based printer. I was skeptical at first given how much less this company charges compared to others but I’m glad I used them!

The support team was excellent, and when my parts arrived I could not have been happier. I will be using IN3DTEC for future projects.

I ordered a couple of hundred 3D printed parts last 12 months in SLS, SLM and SLA and the quality is always excellent. Short lead-times, a transparant quoting generator and fast delivery times !
Also good and fast support if you have a question.
And they are not importunate as some other companies can be.

High quality print with a great surface finish for an affordable price. I took a star off because there was a piece of what appeared to be support material stuck inside my part that was very difficult to remove.

I ordered some parts to replace some chrome pieces on household appliances. I knew that the print would not match exactly color-wise but I am really happy with the end result. I ordered polished stainless steel.
The other unpolished functional parts I ordered fit good tolerance-wise as well. They are surprisingly heavy if you only have your own FDM print as a comparison.

Excellent quality products and customer care

Part finish not good. Hand buffing was bad and made parts unusable. Very uneven and rough

Timeline delayed, no response on ETA request from the manufacturer.

Update: manufacturer claimed that the print was finally shipped 10/7/23. FedEx says it was shipped 10/9/23. the print is low quality: washes were not done properly so the cavities contain cured streaks of excess resin.
