Die Qualität der bestellten Teile ist ohne Fehl und Tadel, das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis meiner Meinung nach unschlagbar. Was ich aber deutlich hervorheben will ist der exzellente Kundenservice! Es wird mitgedacht, Rückfragen gestellt, antwortet schnell und man ist bemüht eine Lösung zu finden, die für beide Parteien zielführend ist! Großes Lob!
Auch der Versand via FedEx nach Deutschland verläuft reibungslos und geschieht schnell nach Fertigstellung. Die Verpackung ist sehr ordentlich und sicher gepackt.

I've done quite a lot of business with IN3DTEC in a fairly short amount of time, and their commitment to excellence is commendable.
They have the best surface treatment and finishing options of any metal printing company I've worked with, and I've been extremely happy with their turnaround times. Items are packed very securely and shipping time is remarkable.
They've printed many extremely complicated parts for me, and while there have occasionally been printing errors and quality control issues, their customer service has always been responsive and they've made things right. For me, that's the mark of an excellent business.

Great experience working with IN3DTEC and Lora Han. Their prices are competitive, and the final products we received are top of the line. We ordered an SLM part and a CNC part. 3D Printed Parts Printed in Aluminum
I had some plastic and pot-metal parts on a bandsaw that were either broken or weak/flexible. I remodeled these with stronger cross sections and had IN3DTEC 3D print these in aluminum. The parts are absolutely beautiful ... almost like artwork. Will definitely keep these guys in mind for future projects.
Two notes for my future projects:
1) The printed aluminum didn't hold threads very well so from now on, I'll design in hex pockets for nuts.
2) I designed in a little clearance between the parts but had to file them to get them to fit. Simple fix is to design in more clearance.

Your suggestion to add a hex pocket is excellent! Instead, We also recommend thread tapping after printing to ensure better functionality. We can provide this service in-house for your convenience. Simply leave a note in the comments section when placing your order to include this service.
Assembly Clearance:
You’re correct that an assembly clearance of ±0.2 mm on each side is necessary for optimal fit and performance.
