Imaginfires Recenzje

First of all I forgot to add the free biofuel option but the excellent customer services added them for me no problem, the delivery was super quick and when I unpacked it the fire
was brilliant, pretty much ready to use straight from the box, gives out more heat than I expected and looks great, I would definitely recommend imaginfires.

Excellent choice of design, ours fits perfectly. Ordered and delivered in three days. Also feel you understate the heat generated ours gives a very nice temperature in a reasonably large room. Definitely would recommend this company.

Imagine Fires were great throughout the process, but always email them rather than trying to get through in the phone, they always respond very quickly.
As to my order of Globus White, the order was processed extremely quickly, I think I received it in less than 48 hrs after ordering.
So great service all round and i absolutely love the fire, very modern and some great comments from friends and family.
I’d definitely recommend using them.

Love the scented oil its very homely and cosy

Excellent service.
Huge choice, everything explained in easy to understand terms.
We chose the Burnford and am very happy with the look and the quality.
Clean, green and economical, chucks out a nice heat.
Delivered within 5 working days, the delivery driver even carried it to my desired position in the lounge.
Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the Burford bioethanol fire from Imaginfires. We wanted something that had the look and feel of a traditional log burner without the hassle of having an actual wood-burning stove, and the Burford has worked really well.

What I particularly like is how realistic it looks. With the flue above it and the log store underneath, it genuinely gives the impression of a proper log burner when you walk into the room. The flame looks great as well and makes the room feel really cosy.

It’s also been so much easier than having to deal with logs, ash, cleaning the chimney etc. It’s become a real focal point in the room and we’ve had quite a few comments from visitors about how good it looks.

Very happy with it and would definitely recommend the Burford if you want the appearance of a log burner without actually having one.

Always quick delivery

Love this fire, great top up for the main heating or early mornings.

I love this product. Gives off so much heat , no mess no fumes. Looks like a genuine log burner

The fire is great it was delivered on time and well packaged. Simple instructions and lights up safely. A good alround experience

Wow. This makes out toom so cozy ! It’s great. Simply a Va lovely focal point which is so much easier and cheaper and environmentally friendlier than getting wood burner. Heat is just right for our front room. Husband said I’d wasted my money - until
It arrived and we put it on. He changed his mind instantly!!

Fuel delivered promptly and well packaged.

I was asking imaginefire support team about a replacement closer tool that I lost in our house move and asked how I could add it to my biofuel order? I was advised they will include that free of charge, once I placed my order. Both the biofuel and closer tool arrived a few days later. Many thanks Brenda from imaginefires support team.

Love my fire and fuel. I just wish the postage was slightly cheaper for the fuel, or there was a voucher to get a discount

From start to finish this was a very positive experience. The fuel is really great and the customer service excellent. Thank you.
