Fraudsters, they charge £1.70. and deliver the goods not in bags, but when I contacted customer service they said that for delivery..., and the seller's receipt says that the delivery price is £0.... I will never buy from this store again, not only because everything is expensive, but also because the buyer is being deceived
No delivery, no refund, no contact
Everytime we place an order there is a problem with the delivery. Normally they say the order has been missed, even though someone is in, and they redeliver a few days later.
This time they have just said that the delivery failed. After numerous, emails, phone calls, refund requests, promised call backs, we have nothing. No food, no money. It has been 2 weeks.

Absolutely disgusting giving items out of date by 2-7 days INCUDING milk for children so they clearly do not train staff correctly on date checking try making a complaint and get passed to different customer service advisors who just constantly ask you to verify yourself and order.

I regularly use iceland for cans of drinks and frozen foods but my latest delivery I added extras in. Definitely will not do that again.
Fresh fruit was best before the following day and already inedible. Potatoes smelly and rotten. Tub of ice cream the lid was smashed so anything could have leaved into it.
An awful lot of that shop went straight in the bin total waste of money. No more online shops for me would rather pay big store prices and get edible food.
Great Bonus Card Scheme … BUT not deliveries!!
I must compliment Iceland for the generous Bonus Card scheme permitting those over 60 years to generous 10% discounts on Tuesdays, with additional 5% bonus on all online credits of £20! Thank you! However, I recently placed an online order, following a broken hip operation. The order was processed and scheduled for delivery … BUT, an hour after the delivery time I was advised that the order had been been cancelled, due to operational issues, and that I would receive a full refund! That was on 16 April 2026 and despite 2 ‘phone calls no sign of my refund or any goodwill gesture! Perhaps the Chief Executive should spend more time managing his business than seated in the House of Lords?!

I know its a waste of time moaning on here because i dont think they read them but i will anyway....i made an online order last night for delivery today, my order after all the deductions and so on and then adding on the £1.70 charges came to at the end £50.45 but they have billed me £51.53 what is the extra £1.08 ? its certainly not anything in my order i got my calculator out and totted it all up 3 times and everytime the calculator said £50.45 so i ask again what is the extra £1.08 ? its not the first time i've noticed my bill being more than my order either, its happened a good few times but i just left it, but not anymore i have to query it. people make sure you check you're bills and tot them up yourself.

Ordered a weekly shop in excess of £100 each time for the last 2 years cause they’re the only supermarket that uses bags. Last order turned up without bags, yet they still charged the bag fee! Only used them for the bags so won’t shop with them again

Not only is this service the only one who gives a two hour window for delivery and is always either late or early and inconvenient. They dump the trays not by my front door but almost down the drive. Not easy as I'm disabled and now have to lift each item into my home while they wait watching me.
I returned 4 goods which were "replacements".but the.money for these returns never showed up.
Very bad service and they don't care.

Here's my experience of the last several visits:
Log in issues - takes forever to log in and then the delivery screen says it doesn't cover my address even though I've had past orders.
Search function - terrible. Doesn't search well and you have to be overly specific in what you want. Search for Coco Pops, sure it'll find them, search for Chocolate Rice Cereal.. nah, forget it.
Buggy interface - so you tap groceries and then frozen food. You're left waiting for an eternity whilst it seems to be loading forever. You then try and filter by price or brand or what have you. More waiting and more waiting. It often just does not work and you ened up going back the beginning.
And Time pressure - designed by a cynical suit somewhere to put pressure on you to check out with any old rubbish. 30minutes from booking your slot to checkout. Sounds a lot, but with the lack of decent search, the buggy and slow loading and lack of filtering options, by the time you've done a shop, your slots expired.
No "Empty Basket" option - when you've given up and decided to just go to Tesco in person, there's no Empty Basket option, so you have to either just leave it all in your basket or manually delete line by line.
......
The past 3 times I've tried to do a big shop with Iceland, I've abandoned it and just popped out and got a few bits from Tesco instead.
Finally -
If you do manage to do a shop, you'll get the pop upnonvotong you to some sort of scheme where YOU pay £15 a month and you might get back £20 ... Stop it Iceland.
So Iceland. Whoever is telling you that your website works well... Needs sacking.

What is going on with Iceland online. I live 10 mins from the iceland in efield town and i use to have delieveries but when i went in there today to get a shop and get a delievery but was told they dont deliever to enfield anymore, the enfield branch only delievery to n21 now my local delievery is now waltham cross which is absolutely ridulous.
So not only has Iceland taken away the carrier bags that WE PAY FOR now we cant even have our local store deliever. Iceland please go back to the drawing board and look at what you are doing because it aint good

Worked for them for 3 weeks as a delivery driver and found out that they do not care about their drivers in that they expect you to break the law to get the drops completed.
On many shifts I and other drivers would work 8hrs plus without a break.
We would have to do other people's work in finding the crates and orders that were scattered all over the warehouse.
Terrible, terrible place to work so stay clear of the Caversham depot in Reading if they advertise a part time driver's job.
Standards are slipping
Used their home delivery service since 2020 and while they were pretty good during the lockdown era, delivery quality has taken a noticeable turn for the worse.
Two examples: bread used to normally be stuff with a 3- or 4-day shelf life, now you are lucky if they select a loaf that isn't best before the following day and this week I've had two loaves labelled best before the day of delivery! When the delivery van rocks up at say 8pm you have to be committed to eating bread fast for that to be acceptable.
In the past everything was delivered bagged, this was suddenly ended - yet despite no longer providing bags the delivery fees stayed the same, creaming off probably an extra quid in profit every time and making getting stuff into your home much more fuss.

I ordered a home delivery food shop with Iceland scheduled to arrive between 18:00–19:00, but it never turned up. When I checked online, it was marked as “delivered,” which is completely inaccurate. As a result, I’ve been left without any food for the evening.
To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to contact customer service because they’re now closed. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected a reliable service, but this experience has been far from it. I’m not impressed at all and would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible.
Unacceptable service
Order did not arrive Friday evening 17/4/26 (5-7), due to customer services being closed couldn’t phone anyone. Left email! Had a phone from store 7.30 Saturday morning saying that driver had a sudden death in family and they would re deliver today (Sunday 19th) by 10am. The order has not arrived, can’t get through to store and customer services have phoned and emailed them twice. My order history says order complete! Totally not acceptable.
Good Staff
I have been using your store in Minehead for many years. On Sundays there is a lovely Lady in charge. She is polite and helpful and so are the staff working with her, I would like to praise them all, for the lovely SUNDAY service.

Bagless delivery. Not impressed, could there not be an option for bags. They get reused not wasted.

Absolutely shocking the Rochdale store, some staff including one of the drivers rude! You place an order and half of it isn't in stock then you substitute what u feel like absolutely shocking will be going farm foods whitworth road in future all the staff friendly and plenty of stock in
