I have only been given a £4 refund and you have overcharged me across the whole of my order, I ticked the boxes saying I did not want any substitutions, Persil tabs was offer down from £7.50 to £3.75 you have charged me £8. gourmet catfood 3 for £5, you charged me £7.50, Gourmet pearle, offer was 2 for £9 you charged me £13.comfort fabric softner was on offer down from £6 to £2.75, you charged me £6. 4 for £10 offer included 3 greggs items and a box of fishfingers, you charged me £3.50 for each pf the greggs and £4.40 for the fishfingers, this should have been £10 but you charged me £14.50, you did not deliver the monster energy drinks which should have bee 12 cand for £15, I had 4 cans delivered and you have charged me £15 for four cans and given me a £4 refund, I am NOT paying £11 for four cans of monster. I require refunds for all of the above, this is going to trust pilot, your CEO and head office, not to mention all of my socials !!!!!!!!!!!!!! you have 2 working days to sort it.

I paid for delivery Friday night fir a delivery 8-10 I waited and waited I was up at 5.30 I put a note on my door saying knock loud use ring door bell. when it got to 11.10am I called Iceland and got told he has been you missed him. my down stairs neighbour been cleaning his Mike since 8 am and was still there at 10.10am he saw no one. I was told he tried thats it wait another 24hour for the driver to knock at the wrong door.
I WILL NEVER USE ICELAND AGAIN I WAS TREATED LIKE DIRT.I also have a cam footage of the time they said he tries to deliver. I've have now phone 2 times asking yo speak to a manager and call me back. nothing happened yet

I wish I had read the reviews before I made an orde! The courier brought groceries to the wrong address but because their tracker had him at my location Iceland are saying it's been delivered.
I can't bring myself to ever buy there. again. Looking at previous comments they really need to address this.
Absolutely shocking experience with…
Absolutely shocking experience with Iceland. I've never shopped online with them before because they didn't deliver here before. They now do and I thought great. I'll place an order. I had a discount code for a first time shopper. It took me an hour and a half to get my order done because their website kept playing up on my phone randomly deleting things from my cart and then once I'd finally done it, the whole order disappeared when I tried to pay so I had to redo it all again. Then I paid put in my voucher code. Everything was fine finally. Then I realised I'd miss something so I added it in and then it wouldn't accept the vouch code again. I called them only to be told that that was just too bad once odd done the shopping if I amended it the voucher would come off and I couldn't pay it back on and they couldn't help at all or reinstate it or at a Goodwill credit just nothing. Honestly, I recommend not using them. It's not worth the stress. Your time is more valuable than the minuscule savings you will make compared to better stores with better, online service and whose staff are empowered to actually help you.

Not only are we not given bags now in Iceland even Thoe we can go in the shop and buy bags for shopping etc we now have to have every single crate lined up out side are home in full view of are neighbours while they take a picture of every crate 20 min it’s just took me to try get my shopping of the delivery driver then a further 5/10 min getting the shopping in my house it’s literally a joke now can I please point out this is not directed at the drivers or Iceland staff as I don’t have a problem with any of them there service is amazing in l11 it’s the Iceland policy’s it’s a joke when you have glass item and they smash cause not placed in bags etc

My town just got a new store so in I went full of expectation the prices are a bit high compared to the germans then I saw a good deal on a large bag of cumberland sausage from where I was born so I grabbed it and sprinted home to have some cumberland goodness for dinner this is where the fairy tail ends the first bite was well what the fk is this not in the cumberland style at all about as much flavour as a wet rag and the texture is the worst part bit like cheap tinned pork and ham mixed with bread and no seasoning at all..... I WONT BE BACK

Just had a delivery from iceland and it's mainly a frozen food store but they can't even get that right half my food turned up defrosted and inedible unsafe to eat and I rung cust services and they couldn't fo nothing without getting confirmation from the store that it was defrosted I had the phone put down on me so had to ring again now they don't sem to want to do anything they said if we can replace it I have to have a day off work because of tgey can't even deliver food properly no chance ofa refund absolutely joke won't use them again and apparently defrosted smashed up food is ok

Fraudsters, they charge £1.70. and deliver the goods not in bags, but when I contacted customer service they said that for delivery..., and the seller's receipt says that the delivery price is £0.... I will never buy from this store again, not only because everything is expensive, but also because the buyer is being deceived

Everytime we place an order there is a problem with the delivery. Normally they say the order has been missed, even though someone is in, and they redeliver a few days later.
This time they have just said that the delivery failed. After numerous, emails, phone calls, refund requests, promised call backs, we have nothing. No food, no money. It has been 2 weeks.
