I bought this item online,saying it was an air freshner. When I opened it and read the instructions it said it was a tissue dispenser. I have sent various emails and just rang them.I was asked where I was sending the emails,obviously to the email on your site.I almost gave up.Rang back again and explained what had happened, that I had ordered an air freshner for my disabled son and was sent a tissue dispenser.If you are sent instructions saying its a tissue dispenser and you ordered an air freshner,what do you do??
He got a bit testy saying he could see it online and it was an air freshner. I didn't want to argue,but the blooming instructions say its a tissue dispenser and Im not happy at all..
I sent you pictures of what I ordered and what I actually received.I only did what most people would have done.The online chat never did open.When I was asked what email I was using and I replied yours and was asked which one is that,then the next chap was a little rude when this was your error I have to admit It wasn't good was it?
