I am still waiting for someone to assign a technician to fix my pool filter. I did get a response that said they were still trying to find someone.

Parts are ordered. Will give full review upon job completion

My air conditioner stopped working on May 12, 2026 they sent out a guy. He said it was a condenser they said they would pay for the condenser but they wouldn’t pay for any of the things that you have to have done in order to make the condenser work which came to $4700 so for that reason I gave a three.

Customer service was excellent and the issue was resolved quickly. They paid to replace a washing machine that needed to be replaced. Will definitely recommend the company to others.

Tech arrived on time and diagnosed the issue. They are scheduled to return with a new part on Monday or Tuesday.

I have a grandpa age AC and was working pretty stable for years, one day, it was suddenly blowing hot air instead of cold air, I reported to HWA and HWA was sending technician from TIP TOP air inc to fix my AC, the technician was very skillful and he replaced a capacitor and AC is coming back to normal works like a rock, it saves me 10000+ dollars to get a new one, it deserves 5 stars

Janell was customer focused, she was knowledgeable, professional, and integrious.
She also took the time to educate me on the policy. She was the epitome of what Customer Service should be

My recent appointment for an electrician through HWA was thwarted by the fact that I, the customer was not a part of the scheduling process. I had to reschedule the first appointment THEY made for me. I was then scheduled another appointment which again I was not included but let it go because I was available on the day and time. I was not happy that I was not a part of the most important part in this process…. SCHEDULING
