I contacted Hunza G after unfortunately losing the dust bag from my limited-edition Burberry x Hunza G bikini. I wasn’t sure whether there was anything they could do, but Ruby from Customer Service was absolutely wonderful.
She was incredibly helpful and took the time to pass my request on to management. I was so pleased and surprised when, just a few days later, I received a replacement dust bag!
It’s not often you experience this level of care and willingness to help. Ruby was lovely throughout, and I really appreciate her going the extra mile to help me.

Hunza G heeft altijd een heel mooi collectie die zeer kwalitatief is en passend voor iedereen. Het voordeel is al kom je iets aan of je valt af het zit altijd goed, omdat het one size is. Ook voor mijn dochtertje heb ik een matching setje gekocht waar zij ook heel erg blij mee is. Ik raad deze merk iedereen aan. De levering is erg snel en de klantenservice heeft mij met een klein probleem ook snel geholpen. Bedankt!

I was really excited about my first…
I was really excited about my first Hunza G purchase and bought two swimsuits, intending to try both and return whichever suited me less. Shortly after receiving the order, I sent one swimsuit back only to be told I wasn’t entitled to a refund because it had “traces of dirt” on it.
I’m honestly outraged and let down. I simply tried the swimsuit on for about 5 minutes, as any customer would before deciding which to keep, and I’m now being accused of returning it dirty. This has completely put me off shopping with Hunza G again.

We completely understand that customers need to try swimwear on to determine the right style and fit. However, our returns policy requires items to be returned in unworn, resellable condition, with all hygiene requirements met. When a returned item shows visible traces of dirt, we unfortunately cannot place it back into stock or offer it to another customer.
We appreciate that this may be frustrating, particularly when you feel you only tried the swimsuit on briefly. However, we do need to apply the same returns standards consistently to ensure the quality and hygiene of every item we send to our customers.
We’re sorry that this experience has affected your impression of Hunza G, and we hope you can appreciate that our decision was based on the condition in which the item was received rather than an intention to make your experience difficult.

please dont waste your money
Originally a huge fan of these swimsuits, I am at the end of my tether as my 3rd costume has done the same thing where the swimsuit loses it elasticity (even after care guide fully followed and never left in chlorine for long, even rarely used in chlorine as mainly a sea swimmer) I cannot fathom how they continue to operate and well at almost £200 and they barely last a year or 2. Surely this company cannot survive, when i now have over £500 worth of stock which cannot be worn. Needs serious improvement.

My daughters hunza lost its colour I emailed hunza g and they replied within 24 hours and have replaced the swimsuit. The process was very easy and they were extremely helpful.

Sono davvero dispiaciuta perche' dopo nemmeno 20 utilizzi in alcune aree del mio intero lilla si e' allentata l'increspatura e quindi sembra ci siano quasi dei buchi ...si notano sull'addome in particolare .A questi prezzi non ne vale assolutamente la pena ora attendo che si rovini anche quello nero nonostante lavaggio a mano con sapone delicato e acqua fredda.Che amarezza .Circa 400 euro di costumi ...non ci posso pensare.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear about the issue you've experienced with your lilac swimsuit, and we completely understand your disappointment.
We'd like to clarify that our recommended care instructions are to wash Hunza G swimwear in the washing machine at 30°C with regular detergent. We do not recommend hand washing, as this can be ineffective at properly removing chlorine, salt, sunscreen and other residues from the fabric, which can affect the elasticity over time.
If you haven't already been in touch with our Customer Care team regarding the issue, please do reach out to us directly. We'd be very happy to review this with you and see how we can assist.

Really disappointing longevity
I loved my Hunza G swimsuit when I bought it, which makes this particularly disappointing. After just three years, it has completely lost its shape and is now unwearable.
I strongly believe in buying fewer, better-quality clothes and paying more for pieces that are made to last. It’s important to me both from a quality and an environmental perspective, and I expected a swimsuit at this price point to have a considerably longer life.
Sadly, mine is now only fit for the bin, which feels incredibly wasteful. If longevity and sustainability are important to you, based on my experience I really couldn’t recommend Hunza G.

Hunza G = positive experience!
I had such a positive experience with Hunza G. I absolutely love the swimwear styles, and although the particular style I ordered wasn't quite right for me, the quality completely exceeded my expectations. The material is beautiful, feels incredibly well made, and is such a lovely quality.
I also made a mistake with my order, but the customer service team responded within a day and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. The whole process was really easy, and my order arrived in great time.
Even though I need to exchange my swimwear to find a style that suits me better, I'm more than happy to do so because the experience has been so positive. Since I don't have a store nearby, everything has to be done online, but the returns and customer service have made it a genuinely pleasant experience. I really trust the brand and feel confident that I'll find a style that works for me. I'll definitely be ordering from Hunza G again.
