Paket ist verloren gegangen, auf meine Bitte, die Ware erneut zu versenden oder den Kaufpreis zurückzuertatten wird nicht reagiert, statt dessen, wird knallhart seit 4 Wochen auf die Nachverfolgung der Post gewartet, selbst ein PAypal-Fall wird ausgesessen. Übler shop, man könnte einfach die Ware neu versenden und das Problem mit der Post klären, die wird den Verlust ja erstatten. Null Kompetenz, dafür wird lieber ohne Sinn und Verstand mit dem Kunden gestritten.

Mieser Service, mieser Shop, lieber wo anders einkaufen.

Enorm lange Lieferzeiten, obwohl bei der Auswahl Lieferzeit 1-2 Tage Stand. Eine Teil kam nach 14 Tagen, dass zweite habe ich noch immer nicht.
Sehr schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer. Auf email wird entweder gar nicht oder erst sehr Zeitverzögert geantwortet.
Ich würde hier nicht mehr bestellen, auch wenn die Preise teilweise gut sind. Bringt nix, wenn man ewig auf das Teil warten muss.

I bought a BMW iX Connection cable in order to connect two Original BMW Tablets for the kids to can watch movies in the backseat. Unfortunately the cable is fault and I issued an request towards Hubauer to return it. Hubauer says that I have to cover the cost for the return shipping. But since when does the Customer has to pay the cost for a false delivery, which in this case, would be almost as much as the value of the item itself?
It has been a long time since I have been that dissatisfied buying online, and even longer from a German shop as in Germany customer satisfaction is highly appreciated (not everywhere as it appears).
I have written to Hubauer once more if it can be true that a customer has to pay for a false delivered item when this is clearly the fault of the shop, unfortunately no respond from Hubauer (it seems they don’t care at all)

Info to all potential customers buying from that shop: In case you want to return an item which has been wrongly delivered to you, and not because you want to return it because you have changed your mind, expect no customer service at all from Hubauer.

I ordered a spare wheel kit from Hubauer Shop. The tyre that was delivered to me is almost 8 years old. The producer recomended life cycle is 10 years at most, so soon my product will be useless. If i had known, i would have bought it somwhere else. Customer service was no help, they told me to use the tyre for 15 years (who'd take the risk though?) Returning the product would cost too much, not worth it. then I am stuck with this "vintage" tyer. Bad experience
