They send me the wrong part, I get in contact with them and they say the cancellation period has expired. They took 1 week to answer me that. Don't recommend, it's better to buy in China than these guys.

J’ai trouvé une pièce pour ma BMW série 5 a un prix défiant toute concurrence, j’ai passé commande et quelques jours plus tard j’ai reçu un Remboursement sans aucune explication. Je suis retourné sur le site et là la pièce avait doublé de prix. Lorsque j’ai envoyé un mail pour demander une explication on m’a simplement renvoyé un lien vers la pièce au prix augmenté. La seule possibilité pour moi était de commander la pièce au double de son prix. Ils avaient du stock mais refusaient d’appliquer le tarif initial.

Eigentlich hat dieser Shop mit seinen willkürlichen Rücknahme und Widerrufsrechten nicht mal einen Stern verdient.

Aufgrund einer Fehleinstellung vom Shop musste ich einen Artikel zurückschicken. Dafür wurde mir die Versandkosten und einen 10%igen Wertersatz vom Rückerstattungsbetrag abgezogen.

Habe sowas noch nie erlebt und werde in Zukunft diesen Shop definitiv meiden.
Jeder der hier hofft einen guten Kundenservice zu genießen, rate ich dringend davon ab hier zu bestellen!

Paid for item and never arrived - they were delivered to wrong address, I have provided proof. Contacted Hubauer and they could care less. Told me it was my problem and to deal with the shipping company. Shipping company can not even verify what address they delivered it to. Treated like I was trying to scam them over a 80 euro parts order even though I have two previous orders for 468 and 222 euros. There are many better places to get your parts from - I would avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered the full Mperformance interior (4+3 pieces) during the Christmas holidays. Once there was a missing item in factory and once a wrong item was sent but it was refunded very quickly once they received my return.
The items are BMW originals so good quality and properly packed.
I recommend this site 100%.

Total enttäuscht, persönlich nicht erreichbar. Zündkerzen sollten mit Paypal Zahlung in 1-2 Tagen kommen, der Versand erfolgte jedoch erst am 3. Arbeitstag. Auslieferung für den 5./6. Arbeitstag angekündigt. Gehen sofort zurück, da Servicetermin verpasst. Dann halt nicht Originalteile. Bei ebay Onlinehändlern sind die Teile nach 2 Tagen zugestellt.

Si vous voulez attendre des lustres la pièce alors commandez chez eux.
Ils se foutent des réclamations du client. Pas à la hauteur de la réputation allemande.

Zweimal habe ich Hubauer benutzt, beides mal super verlaufen mit Lieferung im Ausland in 6 Tagen und die Waren war in Ordnung.

A fuir, ce moque de ses clients honteusement...
J'ai commandé en mai des pièces pour mon X3, j'ai reçu 15 jour plus tard une partie de ma commande dans un emballage en partie détruit et "rafistolé" par le transporteur que j'associe à mon mécontentement ; GLS à fuir également. Depuis deux mois je me bats avec un service client totalement incompétent et qui se moque éperdument de mes demandes de livraison des articles manquants car eux ne ce sont pas gênés pour encaissé mon règlement en totalité !!!! Je ne sais plus quoi faire, leur dernière parade est de demander à GLS de faire une enquête interne afin de retrouver la partie du colis manquante, autant dire que cela équivaux à rechercher une aiguille dans une botte de foin. Ma dernière ressource sera surement une action judiciaire, car je ne vois vraiment pas comment j'obtiendrai satisfaction d'une entreprise qui se moque autant et sans vergogne de ses clients.
Futurs acheteurs, passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas être comme moi la victime innocente d'une entreprise aussi nulle que ce soit en relation clientèle qu'en respect des délais de livraison et de qualités des ses expéditions (emballage baclé et de mauvaise facture).

Es gibt halt einfach keinen Support. Minderwertige Ware wird zwar verkauft aber sich nicht weiter darum gekümmert.

Received completly wrong items (of somebody else, I guess).

The customer service is ridiculous, they are not reachable by phone and you can expect at least 3 days between each response (that will not help you)

Ich habe am 13.05.2021 bestellt und habe das Produkt bis heute nicht erhalten. Ich weiß nicht,warum mir das Produkt nicht zugeschickt wird.

Ich verstehe die Negativen Bewertungen NICHT!
Ich hab am 20.04.2021 bei Hubauer bestellt und hatte gar keine probleme bezüglich der Bestellung oder dem Versand das Teil ist am 23.04.2021 angekommen EINFACH TOOOP , ab jetzt nur mehr bei Hubauer betstellen.

Same with other reviews, worse costumer service ever! Lot of show, but nothing really happened if you need help. Do you have a issue? Great plan 2-3 days just to make them understand, who long will take to resolve? Dunno! Let see!

I would definitely not recommend this shop. I ordered a windshield seal that I never received and that was delivered elsewhere. No compensation from the seller, who puts the fault back on the carrier. I paid Hubauer-shop and not the carrier, so that's none of my business what happened with the carrier, you have to deal with it. The least thing would have been to replace the product or refund! Very bad customer service!

During placing my order, I made confusion between billing and delivery adresses, so I wrote to swap them without success, because for Hubauer what reported on Paypal payment is mandatory; they told me to contact Paypal.
So I asked to wait for the shipment trying to solve the situation, again without success: they already shipped the goods (and anyway Paypal could not change them).
Never being in touch with a customer service so useless and lazy.
Selling on internet is not their job, definitively
