I’ve had excellent service with Htc working on my concerns the last two days. I’ve been with the company for 30 years and I would recommend family and friends to Htc company. Big thank to Jerry- APS/... Zobacz więcej

What can I say?
What can I say?
Bought a new HTC U 11 and had it for 3 days.
I got a splash of water on my pants (and I also have witness) , went back to the place I bought it and they had to send the phone to Poland, after 2½ months they say that the warranty will not cover it since there has been water inside the unit.
I have tried to contact them to see how this would happen but the only thing they blame is on me and telling that there is no way there could have been a problem from factory and there is nothing more they can do.
So since I got a new phone from the place I bought the first HTC (since all though that this will be a warranty issue) and now I have to pay for the second phone also. (each phone costed around 700$)
So thank you HTC for not giving an explanation or even consider that this could be a bad phone I got from factory.
Last time a put my money on HTC and I hope they will go under and all the morons among them will soon be unemployed.
Stay away from HTC
My son likes HTC and bought his phone …
My son likes HTC and bought his phone directly from HTC website. The phone needs screen repair and it is in process month and half. All that we hear is only apologies and possible updates the following week. Maybe next time we will choose another company like Samsung or LG and get better customer service. Sorry cannot select half of star.
HORRIBLE warranty service
HTC 10 port stopped working within 31 days of use. Sent in for repair and it's over two months with no replacement. Every time I contact support they say "hopefully" we can get it to you within two weeks. Absolutely horrible.
Htc are hands down the worst company
Htc are hands down the worst company i have every dealt with. My phone has developed a fault with the camera after only 3 months. Trying to deal with Htc "customer service" is a NIGHTMARE. Will never buy anything made by Htc again.
Bad long term product support
Not releasing OS nor security updates for their previous phones, which is their main business.
Long story short - exploded HTC10
Long story short - my HTC10 exploded during the middle of the night while on charge. I only have my word that I am not a scammer but please trust me this is a genuine claim. Upon reporting the incident to HTC they did everything they could to deny any admission of liability. They have basically called me a liar regardless of 2 reports being inconclusive which by the way were very biased and only tried to evidence that the phone didn't explode instead of trying to evidence both possibilities. I am now seeking legal advice to pursue justice in court. Disgusting the way I have been treated like a fraud right from the start.
HTC Customer Service is TERRIBLE.
HTC Customer Service is TERRIBLE.
My phone broke on the 24th July so I sent it to HTC to repair after trying all the usual resets. I was told my phone would be with them within 5-7 working days and that I would be contacted with a resolution. I was sent an email advising my phone should be packaged and sent away via UPS. I procured a box and bubble wrap and extra packaging material and sent the phone to you on the 26th July Via UPS.
At this point, my phone screen was not broken. I had a screen protector on the phone which I took off when the phone became unresponsive to see if it was having an effect and did not put it back on.
On the 28th I received an email advising my phone had been received by the repair centre and you would be in touch in due course.
I then waited for a response. In this time, I chased up once and was told my phone had been received and was waiting to be looked at. I was advised that someone would be in touch with me with an update by the end of the week.
On the 9th August at 22.53 I was sent an automated email advising my phone repair was not under the warranty and a quote to repair my phone for £563.00. I was shocked that such a high bill had been sent, with little to no explanation as to why it was unrepairable under the warranty. I chased this up and questioned it the following day, being told that it was due to water damage? This itself came as a surprise to me. I was also advised that should I wish to have my phone returned to me I would need to pay £27. £27 to have my own belongings sent back to me? That's quite frankly disgusting. I could buy a new TV and have postage less than £27.
Not only this, I was not being informed as to what was actually wrong with the phone or why whatever it was wasn't covered under warranty - the form I got just said "Not under warranty", which it is.
On the 10th August I was emailed saying there was liquid and physical damage to the phone, along with two corrupt files which would not open so I could not see. If they had opened and showed the smashed screen, I would have contested it there and then, however I could not open these files.
After a long conversation with Jess on the 14th August my phone was to be returned to me at no cost, apart from the time I had to waste arguing to have my own property sent back to me.
On the 18th August I received my handset back with a smashed screen; not the condition I sent it in.
When I opened the phone I first thought it wasn’t mine, as I had not sent a phone with tape on the front of the screen which has been broken. The 'reason for not repair' form simply had the box ticked “out of warranty”, not Liquid Damage as I had been told? I spoke to Jess again, online, and she advised me that the phone came into the repair centre in this state, implying that I had broken the screen. I was simply told that I had broken the screen and that was that. I was essentially being told that I was a liar, which I am not.
I was told in no uncertain circumstances that I was not able to speak to a manager, and it was implied that I knew the screen was broken when I sent the phone – if I had, do you not think I would have mentioned this when I originally spoke to them? Jess then refused to escalate my complaint, advising that it was not a valid escalation as the phone had come in to you in that state. I repeat, I sent my phone in perfect physical condition.
I then started writing emails. Tweets. FB messages. I spammed the hell out of HTC on every social media I could and emailed about 20 members of staff every day for two weeks. I got the same reply every day - the screen was broken when they got the phone so I must have broke it.
FINALLY. This Monday they emailed me with a resolution - 50% reduction on my bill. Still implying I smashed the screen which I didn't. The email was full of spelling mistakes and errors. I tweeted it and sent it to the email list I had.
I then got a reply from someone called David who is the Service Delivery Manager. He advised they were going to send me a new phone free of charge! Result right? No. Im still waiting for my new phone, and they keep telling me its been dispatched but they've got no tracking data? They also wanted my old phone back first. So I posted that on Wednesday - Im betting they are just going to fix my phone and return it, which isnt what I was told. I was also told my warranty would be invalid now....
This has been over 8 weeks, Im so gutted because I love HTC phones but I'll never buy another one. Save yourself the time and money and get a Samsung.
HTC Vive delivered with a faulty HDMI …
HTC Vive delivered with a faulty HDMI cable. Making contact with HTC near impossible, I have not succeeded. Rather than return the whole unit for the sake of a cable I decided to purchase the 3-1 cable. Order confirmed but no further details such as tracking number received some 7 days after ordering. Dreadful company, shame as their products seem OK. I would not recommend HTC to anyone due to the very poor after sales support.
Do not trust HTC Support.
I purchased the HTC U11 for $712.00 U.S. dollars. The phone is rated as water resistant IP67, But unfortunately I drop my phone in water. I immediately removed it from the water and my phone started to malfunction, so I returned the device within warranty time of having the phone for about 1 week and half since purchase date. I have been waiting for my device to be repaired for a month now and I have been calling HTC support every week and getting a different story that it is still in repair process. They originally said it would take 14 business days to repair my phone. They have not followed through and continue to hold my device. They will not refund or replace my device since the device is in Houston, Texas where they were suffered a natural disaster and all of Houston is under water. They say they waiting for a response from Houston repair center which the operation repairs have ceased since flooding of Houston by hurrcane Harvey.
Buying a HTC is the same as being robbed in broad daylight.
One star is just to high a rating for HTC
I purchased a HTC One X9. After only 10 months the camera failed. I contacted the company that I bought the phone from and they made communication very difficult (their email address just bounces). At this point I decided to contact HTC. After many emails trying to get them to fix their phone (the camera fault is a well known systematic fault with many of their phones), HTC informed me that I had no consumer protection under Australian law because the phone was manufactured in Taiwan, furthermore since the phone was made in Taiwan the only way to fix the phone was to send it back to Taiwan for repair at my expense.
This company does not care about your experiance with their phone, they have no hestation in lying to you and do not care about your legal rights.
Consider a different android phone maker next time, one that believes in the customer experiance rather than stealing your money for an inferior phone.
Its all a shame really, whats the point in engineering phones such as these if your customer service is at a Third World standard.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Save yourself the hassle and buy from elsewhere. My phone wasn't working since I bought it and then nearly caught fire in my flat - it started beeping like crazy and when I pulled out the charger the top of it was bright orange and then caught fire and I quickly blew it out. I sent it back for repair and they said there was water damage (rust) inside the phone which voided the warranty and that it would cost me either £430 to repair or £25 to get it back un-repaired. I can promise you I have never dropped water on my phone and only had it for 1 year. So either they did a terrible job in the manufacturing process and it had water in it from the beginning or are lying to try and get more money from me. So disappointed especially as my last 3 phones have been HTC and I pre-ordered this one directly from their website.
HTC is not a trustworthy company
HTC is not a trustworthy company based on my recent experience. Though it was stated that my account would not be charged until my phone shipped, in fact I was charged immediately. After contacting customer service I learned my order was in fact a pre-order and shipping date was unknown. I should have paid attention to the numerous red flags about the company. I mean major player ATT no long carries HTC products.
Utterly disgraceful!!
Utterly disgraceful!!
The WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. They couldn't care less about resolving any problems you may have. I wasted about 3 months in all, writing emails, telephoning and I got no where. I had to cut my losses and admit defeat! I have since bought an IPhone and have had the complete opposite experience !!
Customer service the worst I have dealt …
Customer service the worst I have dealt with, for such a huge company this is sadly surprising.I won't purchase from them again.
HTC doesn't care about it's customers
Ordered a new HTC 10 directly off the HTC website. Parcel arrived battered, not sealed. and with hardly any padding. Phone box damaged from the sides due to inadequate packaging.
Contacted HTC via Twitter and no response at all. Very disappointed after having been an HTC fan since the SPV 500. Next phone won't be an HTC.
I don't like do bad reviews and I think …
I don't like do bad reviews and I think I'm very patient person, but htc is taking the mickey!!!!!
23 days ago I sent my phone for repair everything was smooth until they messaged me to tell me my phone was repaired and they was going to proceed to send it to me. That was 15 days ago. I tried to phone them, email them and always same answer: "we will phone you tomorrow back". I'm fed up, I tried even contact with ups to know if may be they have lost my phone....im desperate and so angry nobody take me seriously and I cant do anything else.
horrible experience, I never ever in my life I will have another htc device (I was very happy with the last three htc device I had) just to avoid the same problem with this "professionals".
I have never posted a review of …
I have never posted a review of anything online before but I have experienced shocking customer service from HTC. Exactly the same experience as Tej Singh below. My 12 year old has had no phone for emergencies for over a month now. I have been told 4 times that I will get a call back (the last time by a Manager "within 3 working hours" - that was 2 days ago) - no calls ever received. I was even told by one of the CS representatives that the photos provided by the repair centre did not appear to show any damage. I will never use an HTC handset again. On my last call I stated that I wanted to make a formal complaint...I am still waiting for the call back to initiate the process
THIEVES - PART TWO!!! It just gets better!
I would like to add to my last post. HTC contacted me after 6 emails, Facebook messages, tweets and countless requests to customer services. My phone after 25 days has "apparently" made it to the repair centre 25 DAYS!!! But be warned I have received my phone bill and only two calls are to HTC customer services have made this months bill, and it is AN ASTONISHING £33.34 for 2 calls. I dread to think what the bill will be like next month, I have called HTC countless times!!
HTC do the right thing, give me a new phone and refund me this ridiculous cost of chasing up your staff to "try" to get them to do their job!!!
Repair damage - HTC One M8 - Awful customer support
Worst customer support possible. My wife has a HTC One M8 which had charging issues and was over the 2-year warranty period. We decided to send the phone to the HTC repair team for a quote which they told us it should be around £40-£50. Well, their quote was around £300 which obviously it was way too high for us to proceed with the repair. We've then decided to send the phone back as the repair cost was excessive (we've paid inbound and outbond transport costs). When we've received the phone at home, the screen was de-attached from the phone which was either caused by the transport or the repair team. For the past few months, we've been arguing with the UK Support Team and dealing with managers Andy, David or Dave and Alex, however i can't describe in words the way they've handled this situation as ignoring the calls, the issues, never returning calls as promised. Really poor customer service!!!
A new phone (same model) or a repair free charge would be the minimum acceptable a company that looks after their customer should be offering. That doesn't seem to be the case apparently...
P.S. I can attach the pictures of the phone if necessary

Andre Sousa
