Always had a great service from them and they seem like a genuine well intentioned company. Think some of the styles have gone a bit downhill, can almost look like clothes Next would sell, but overall good.

Immense customer service and (cycling) products.

I ordered some 3/4 and full length bib shorts, and was dithering over the sizes. Called up and got through instantly to someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. Sorted out sizing.

Order went through, delivered very quickly. Delivery came with a re-sealable bag + returns slips so there very little to do if you need to return your products.

The products quality are second to none. I have very sensitive skin, and their cycling shorts/bibs/tights are so damn comfortable. Nearly no seams, where the 2 seams that do exist are minimal. No irritation after several days of >90km in the saddle. Light-years ahead of some other very expensive brands.

The gear is warm, dries quickly, doesn't stink like some fabrics do. Really impressed. If you're a sensitive soul like me, get some of their gear and you won't be dissapointed.

A great small company with great service from a lovely bunch of people. Whenever I have emailed in or phoned with a sometimes out of the box query, they have been very helpful, friendly and professional in helping me, which in turn has made want to use them more.

I will continue to use them and buy their great products

Been using them for years and still have every item I've bought from them.

Need to cut them some slack at busy times as they're a small outfit but very eager to please and when rare problems do occur they've been quickly sorted.

Ordered a top but it was too big, Spoke to someone via email and were happy to exchange it. What I like about howies is you know you are getting quality, well made merch. It does cost, but their attitude and ethos is second to none.

I know lots of people do it these days. But just stick the price on with VAT so you know how much it really is.
It's like they are saying look its not our fault. Our stuff is so cheap. Its the nasty tax man making it expensive.
You end up thinking well postage is not free because I've just paid an extra £30 to what I thought I would.

The quality of Howies products is brilliant, delivery is fast and ethically sound. They stand by their stuff, I had a sweater where the stitching had come loose, after 3 months of wear. I queried this and Howies replaced it within the week. Outstanding; I wish every company was like this.
